      Dating back to 2019, I thought it might be a good idea to invest in High Times as I was in the infancy of thoughts of retirement. Altogether I made three contributions totaling $1188 (see upload document). As time went by, I would occasionally inquire about status on my investments with no response. On April 18, 2022 I got a letter saying that High Times was appointing ********************** ** as its new agency (see upload document). In July 2023 I contacted ** and they informed me that they no longer handle account. I feel Ive been honest, upfront, trusting and patient with these people with zero response.       I wrote a story for them as they had the option to submit a story to the editor. I did ******* is a lengthy story but staying within their guidelines.They have not responded in any platform I have tried to contact them on.Their phones do not work. Wrong numbers.They did not respond to ******** questions or Instagram.I am very upset.I will not support this magazine.Sad.

      What are the prescription of High Times Magazine probably about two or a year and a half ago they took the money out of my account and I never received the magazine. Its been so long. I probably dont even have the bank statement anymore.

      OCTOBER 9th, 2018, I PAID $198.00 TO HIGH TIMES HOLDING CORP. FOR SHARES IN THEIR STOCK. AT THE TIME IT WAS JUST AT GROUND LEVEL BUT PROMISED HIGH RETURNS. SINCE THEN, I HAD ACTUALLY FORGOT ABOUT THE INVESTMENT UNTIL THEY STARTED EMAILING ME WITH "HIGH TIMES" PRODUCTS FOR SALE. I'M THINKING "WOW....THEY ARE STILL AROUND AND MAKING MONEY. I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS WAYS TO CONTACT THEM TO NO AVAIL AND CAN'T SEEM TO GET BACK INTO MY HIGH TIMES ACCOUNT. I AM IN DIRE STRAIGHTS RIGHT NOW AT THE AGE OF 70 AND COULD REALLY USE THAT $198.00 FOR FOOD AND DOCTORS. IT'S NOT VERY MUCH MONEY TO SOME PEOPLE BUT FOR ME IT WOULD BE LIKE GOLD! I HAVE ATTACHED SCREENSHOTS OF MY PROOF OF ENROLLMENT AND OTHER IMAGES OF WHEN THEY STARTED SENDING OUT CIRCULARS. I ALSO NOTICED BY OTHER COMPLAINTS THAT I AM NOT ALONE AND FIND IT SO RUDE OF SUCH A HUGE CORPORATION THAT IS ALL ABOUT PEACE AND ******* TO NOT WANT TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES AMICABLY!!!       I purchased a subscription in Nov 2023 and never received an issue. I've emailed and get bounced back emails each time. There's not a valid phone number. No way to contact them.

      They have charged me 2 years in a row yet I have not received one magazine. They will not reply to any emails, I'm not sure where to go from here.

      I signed up for a subscription to High Times magazine for the first time on March 29, 2023. I've been charged a total of 4 times and an additional attempt to charge was 9/1/24. I haven't received a single subscription to this magazine, and all attempts to contact the company have been wrong or disconnected numbers. Emails were also sent to their "support" address, which where returned undeliverable. I'd like a refund check for $119.96.
