In September, I signed up for advertising. It was to include sending my book information to 500 media outlets. As of now, I've asked for the list of businesses and a copy of my ad. Nothing has been provided. They are ignoring my emails.

Dispute between Paper leaf Agency and Pen Culture Solutions My original contracts where with Paper leaf Agency A Mr. **************************** The Office : ******************************************* Email: ************************* Phone: ************** 1 2nd ************ USD for Press Release (500) media outlets (Pen Culture)2. 16th June **** USD $2,599 Bookstores Placement Campaign to ***** bookstores. 16th June **** USD $ 399 for hard cover placement. ( This was with Paper leaf.) Yet Pen Culture was assigned to the work)3. Sales. I entered agreements in September 2022. They said they would place my book in places like ****** and *****, Amazon plus the ***** book stores.Under the agreements they would send me details of sales, now only last month I received a report that stated I only sold two books from September until now. This came after many phone calls, I have since disputed this as for example last year Black Friday Sales in Target stores across *** had my book for sale half price, you cannot tell me they did not sell any books, after many request on this no answer. The eBook sales I have requested this for over two months, in fact from December and get very little response, It was on one of our current affairs show her in ********* that there is a **** when eBooks are sold that likes of amazon and others, the publisher does not disclose the sales to Authors and they keep the money. This may be in my case, as why dont they disclose this information. I do know people who said they purchased the eBook through Amazon, yes, I have no proof of any sales.I have spent thousands of Dollars in getting my book published and I would expect more accountability from the publishers. My issue is with the following.1. Media outlets contacted where is the proof of this. 2. Book Store Placement. ***** books store? No proof of this to how many they have placed the books into.3.Sales of the book two in just six months as they have supplied me. 4.eBook Sales no record of any sold My original agreement was with Paper leaf Agency they did the actual work on the book such as editing, printing etc., I have happy with this. Then things change as I was told Pen Culture is doing all the marketing of my book also they will provide all the updates on the sales.Because I was not happy late last year, I then engaged Sweet spire Solutions to undertake marketing for the book, this was directed to Paper leaf, I was informed that the results were affected by having another Agency print my book, at the time this was not true as It was marketing only. then December Sweet Spire I got them to publish my book at this point I am very happy with.I have tried since December to get information what I received only last Month left me speechless as to the report only two books sold.I may add here for the record, ****** ************************* is my nom du plume name being a writer. My Name is *******. ******* My concern is for other writers out there as I have many that have contacted me that have read my book and they expressed the same with other companies, the problem lies with the publishers as they offer services to you and ask for more money than more money for services they do not provide or provide information.I have now been told that Paper leaf that 90% of their business is now operated by Pen Culture I do hope you can resolve my situation as this will also alert other new Authors who to not deal with.******. *******. *****
