    I would give zero stars if I could. I will never again work with this business. They only return messages when they want money from you. I published an ebook with them in 2019 and it was fine but they wouldn't stop harassing me about marketing. This time I have been trying to publish my ebook for almost 6 months and they are unresponsive. I still never received my royalties from my first book. I will never work with them again, they should be sued and reported.

    Pen Culture Solutions is a ripoff they lie they take your money then drop you, I went to the office in ********** which is not an office it is a PO Box. Since Pen Culture Solutions have taken my money and published my books I have not heard from the agent that was assigned to me nor Pen Culture Solutions. I think Pen Culture Solutions is a bad choice to publish a book.
