1 starI need to have all of my information deleted IMMEDIATELY. This is a scam. Whoever was texting me kept insisting that I put my card information in. I didn't do that but they do have other information as well as my photos and ID. I want all of my information deleted.Rently.com

1 starMe too, after reading these comments, I also do not feel safe having my photo ID on the website and would like to request a deletion of my information. I have also tried numerous times to call and never get a real person to answer the phone. Please delete my personal ID info right away please.Rently.com

1 starWhat happened to the days when you could actually have a human show you a rental. I refused to pay in advance to look a place to rent and share my drivers license with a company that could be a scam and doing identity theft. I wanted to look at a house for rent for my parents, I was told there was an open house from XX-XX:XXam. I showed up and other families were also waiting to get into the house for rent. I found out after I took off of work that we needed a code to get in. The other people had no idea about a code either. Absolute waste of time and money and no one got to view the home for rent!! It would be nice to also speak to a human if you have questions but its a robo email and text. You DEF lost me as a renter and I am quite sure the other families who were standing in the hot sun outside a house no one could get into, you lost them too!

1 starI went to see a home and sent my ID and paid $.99. I found out afterwards that they are a scam and I reviewed a false ad for the home to rent. Now I see the same home for rent at a way different cost. I want my ID deleted and refunded the $.99.Rently.com

Sometimes, false listings are created by individuals claiming to be associated with Rently; Rently does not sell or divulge sensitive information to said individuals. Our Get Help button on Rently.com explains why we require verification from each one of our customers in order to view properties! Basically, it's required for the safety of our customers and property managers. Your info has been deleted, and if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us at *******@rently.com!
