      No stars, this is a total scam. I received a year subscription as a gift from my husband. I previously had an Allure subscription box which was fantastic and well worth the money, Birchbox is nothing like this. They send samples, literal samples of what they say will be a full sized item, these samples are worth nothing with the largest being less than 1 oz. I have emailed several times with no response, no number to contact either. I was advised that no refunds will be issued, please advise if there is any action that can be taken. Would I be able to get a refund and cancellation through my credit card? Do I need to have my lawyer send a letter? But to who? This is very disappointing-Birchbox is a total fraud and scam

      I placed a subscription on December 28th, it is now January 30th and I still havent received a box. They asked me to curate my January box but I dont have hope it will arrive either! It shows one box shipped but there is no tracking number. I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. My daughter also did a subscription around the same time and has t received anything either. This wreaks of a SCAM.

      Scammers. Renewed my term a month early after they announced a price hike. I've been charged for September and October boxes and as of 10/25 have received neither. Shipping information missing from my account. **************** is a joke. Do not subscribe. They've had over a year to get their stuff together, but it just keeps getting worse. I'm close to contacting my bank to try and stop getting charged for the next 10 months. Currently leadership has sucked out all of the joy this box used to bring me.

      Birchbox is unable to handle their customer population. Since bankruptcy they are unable to fulfill the contract that customers have agreed to. I have been trying to get my July box for 2 months and they just cant figure out how to ship a box or how to replace a box ASAP. DO NOT ORDER THIS SUBSCRIPTION YOU WILL BE ANNOYED, CONSTANTLY DEALING WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WITHOUT A PRODUCT.

      I have cancelled my subscription several times and they continue to ship me products I do not want and charge my credit card monthly. I have cancelled in my account with them and they still disregard it and also via email.
