    On 2/24/25, I discovered my copyrighted original text from one of my online articles posted without my permission on the website **************************************************. At the bottom of the page that includes the infringing text, it states: "Copyright 2024 Website Design Valley All Rights Reserved." I wrote my article in 2012 and it has been published on ************ at the *** ************************************************** since 2012. I sent a DMCA notice to Website Design Valley through their website contact form and to the email address listed on their website on 2/24/25. They did not respond, so I also sent a ************** letter by email on 2/26/24, demanding my content be removed from the site. As of today, the stolen text still remains on this page and Website Design Valley has not contacted me regarding this issue.

    This companys falsely represented its self. They created a website for me which has worked from day one. I have an independent insurance agency who needed a presence on the web. My website was supposedly set up where potential customers could email from the website and that email was to be sent to me. That system never worked. I have attempted to get the company to fix the issue and they have not. I let a IT person look at the.website and they found out the companys servers doesnt even work. They the company has committed fraud against me.

    10/1/23- Found Website Design Valley (WDV) on Thumbtack.com. Someone reached out on WDV website from their instant chat. I was convinced to have a phone call. I completed a phone call and agreed to a package price of $844 for a website design. On this day I paid $844 for website design through a link they sent me. Not once was SEO mentioned and that being an extra cost down the road. 10/06/23- Paid $200 for logo design. Also received email with two attachments, one for ***, and App proposal. Once I realized Im likely getting scammed, I looked over the App Proposal with a fine teeth comb and on page 3 they dont even list the correct company, it starts with, ****************** Pro, were not just your average Then down on Page 14 they refer themselves as Website Design Valley. When I opened the *** document, it was electronically signed by *************************** dated 6/10/23 which I pointed out to them via email, ******* replied, The disparity youve mentioned pertains solely to the formatting. Please find below the information required for an online wire transfer. (Red flag moment). I attempted to make wire transfer via phone at home, but the offices were closed. I told this to ******* via email, and I received the following email which instilled urgency and pressure, While it is acceptable to proceed with the task tomorrow, its important to note that our project deadline is already in effect as of today, and our countdown has commenced. 10/9/23- $9k wire transfer in person at my bank. Initially was quoted $15k and I took them up on the offer. I informed I will need a payment plan and to spread it out (they offered this over the phone in the beginning). The next day I had a phone call and ******* said she talked to her manager and her manager offered me a 40% discount to be paid in full ($9k). I agreed to this, and there was pressure to make the payment that very day (which was a red flag moment). I asked for a refund, they won't. My story wont' fit in this box.
