  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMERS!I had THE WORST experience as a start up. I hired these jokers initially to design my logo, then I went ahead made the mistake to buy a package that included logo design and Website design. At the moment of publishing my website they started to pull out unexpected expenses out of the rabit hat. I ended up investing thousands of dollars with this company. They kept offering services after services without completing a project. After I put my foot down and made it clear that I was not going to continue investing in unrequested services, they started giving me the turn around in regard my paid off projects and were taking forever to do updates and corrections.I stumbled with negative reviews about this "Consultants" and all of them resonated with my experience. I realized they were delaying the corrections on my project so I miss the deadline to open claims with my bank so I went ahead and follow up the steps to request a refund from the company, I didn't hear back from them so I went ahead and open a claim with my Bank and I was able to get some of my investment back; however, they removed my website (which it was paid off and had nothing to do with my claim for ************************ and held my Website hostage.I was dealing with a "Bussiness Consultant" who used very unprofessional tactics to retain me as customer, this tactic included: sending unrequested sexting, calling me after Bussiness hours and asking what I was wearing, among other things which I'll reserve for he time being. I was virtually Harrased for one of their Representative.All of them use fake names and try to get you on a different platform like Skype or a fake WhatsApp Phone Number, they prefer to call you or text you, rather than email...they use about 4 different names: Website Valley design, 708, Design Booz are some of the names they do Bussiness under, this by itself is a RED FLAG.

  Website Design Valley has utilized deceptive practices by advertising Promotion about fully capable website and stated amount was $485. Well I contacted by a Female *** from Design Valley after filling out a contact questionnaire. Myself the *** discussed the details of what my expectations were and the purpose of the website. She had a no care attitude just overly agreeing to my expectations so I could move forward with the project. I was then assigned to ****** ***** who was to work and oversee this website project but it quickly turned bad. Per the Promotion and the Female *** assured me that no additional Cost were needed however Mr. ***** would do exactly the opposite. I was notified that I would need ******* services which the company had all these false connections with Go Daddy, Blue Host and so on. I was told ******* would be $800 and strongly suggested that that was the best price when I decided to find my own pricing for hosting somehow the best pricing came to $300. This was the recurring theme every time something was suggested it was ala cart style pricing this is cost for this and that it was crazy then the stupidly came in to play like quote ****** claimed that every item was needed to create this website. When all he was doing was trying to get more and more money at This point I demanded a refund of $611. I was livid as they played around and agreed to refund me in 7-10 which as you can tell never happened. Some person called me supposed to be from finance but it was ALL A LIE IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET ME TO STOP CONTACTING THEM BUT THIS IS JUST THE START. Someone called me talking about asking me to keep the website and they can refund me as well LIES... NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO CALLED ORGANIZATION AND DON'T HESITATE TO BLAST ON SOCIAL MEDIA. PEOPLE HAVE TO KNOW WHAT THESE FARCE OF A SO CALLED COMPANY IS DOING

  STAY AWAY! This company has proven ineffective and incapable of performing duties, executing a plan, setting or meeting deadlines and fulfilling stated goals...more importantly, breaking promises and imposing unnecessary financial burden through predatory tactics of intimidation of shutting down project and website access to potential customers. Head the warning...oh yes, I was told the other reviews were made by previous employees. Well, I'm not. I a very disheartened and discouraged client who lost valuable time, energy, effort and financial resources as a result of this poor decision.

  I hired this company back in June 2024 to upgrade my existing web site. To make a long story short they never reached out to the old web designer and they took it upon them self's to give me a new domain name. On top of that they took 4 month approx. to create my website with so many mistakes and mis-spelled words, calling them and emailing them every day did nothing. They are not legal they mis-lead you into signing up. They now created a Back end domain and they will not allow me to get me user name. ANY ONE THAT THINKS ABOUT GOING WITH THEM STAY AWAY. I f I Knew all this I would have never signed on with them.I have been emailing them every other day to supply me with the Back End Of The Domain Name and they totally ignore me. The money they told me it will cost it was Triple.

  Despite agreeing in writing to the price, work scope, and deadlines, the company claimed three months later that our business was not worth the agreed-upon price, disregarding our contractual agreement.Website Design Valley agreed to create a staging website utilizing the clients themes content, images, videos, logos, hosting, WordPress, Elementor, and other existing licensed ************ is imperative to note that they had no authority to remove the entire website from our platform while the project remained contractually uncompleted proceedings to offer a refund not received.This behavior raises serious questions about business character and integrity. Accountability is paramount in any professional relationship, and their actions suggest a troubling lack of commitment to fulfilling their contractual obligations.While there are some favorable ratings on this platform there are multiple poor and disturbing ratings across the internet about this ************ of experience: December 19, 2024

  1 star because zero is not an option. This company has extremely poor ethics. They gave me a quote and refused to preform the duties after I paid. They never completed the job I paid for and demanded more money from me for a dedicated server that they said was absolutely necessary. My very basic website absolutely did not require this server, it was just another attempt to get more money from me. When I refused and insisted they publish in the server I already paid for they sabotaged my website by disabling important functions. Besides all that, they quoted me 12 days and it took over two months because they repeatedly sent me work for my review that had spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and overall incompetent work. Do not be lured in by their low prices. It will cost you so much in the long run. I am disgusted with this company. **** was the name of my account manager and he is by far the worst web designer I have ever worked with. Buyer beware on this one.
