    This company. Scammed me out of $4900 a year ago i pay for a marketing package that hasn't done much of anything at all to help in me getting sales on my books. This company's social media team even got my ******* account suspended because of Spam activity. I always get the run around and they said I couldn't get a refund until the end of the marketing. But I've gotten no sales at all still. Well, and nothing of that marketing package has been fulfilled. They just tell lies and they don't follow through with anything. They say they're going to do very frustrated. Hoping for a refund eventually.

    I spoke with their rep on the chat. I had decided not to us them because they wouldn't stop contacting me. Then I gave in. I was sold something I didn't need. I filed a complaint/fraud and I was harassed by the company. I got so tired of the text and going back and forth. They were trying to manipulate me and trick me in the messages not to file a complaint with my bank. I was charged twice for a service I never used. I filed a complaint and I got one payment back because of the charge against them because I felt it was fraud, which it was. I finally got tired of the argument and the harassment that I said keep the $299.00. I said it out of haste and didn't mean it and they kept it. Most companies would refund the money period. This company is unethical. They were upset because they didn't want their company to look bad. However, they already had a couple of complaints on them on the BBB site. I wish I would of checked the BBB first before making this mistake.

    I am not positive if this is the KDP..publishing Company...that published my book back in February....but they are Not contacting me regarding my royalties Recently...l was able to speak with someone...and l was told l should be getting royalties..every month....but nothing so far....even though l know ****** and ***** bought at least 15...copies....

    This company owes me $449. I was told they were Amazon directly, but I asked for my money back when I realized who they were. I was told I would get a refund. Weeks later, still no money. Now, I am blocked on their site. I can no longer chat with them. They do not answer phone calls. I am disputing this with the credit card company that paid them.

    I have been trying to get my book completed for over a year now. I keep getting the run around from this company, my project manager is supposed to be *********************** but he refuses to call me, provide my illustrations that I have paid for or even complete my book. My launch party was supposed to be September of last year, I already had the building and cater paid for and have lost out on over ******* just in those things. This employees are rude they hang up on you and **** told me I would never get my money back. If anyone can help please respond
