My husband and I were in hold for for over two hours to report a fraudulent Neflix charge on my elderly mother-in-laws account. We also tried online as well as attempting to fond a live chat sight. The call was never answered and after an extended hold time, the call ended with a survey and disconnected.

Netflix used to be good but all streaming services have just become a monopoly thats wipe out content if you want 90% of what you see on Netflix is s***** shows that Ive been out for decades how can they justify charging you an extreme amount of money for this kind of s***** content

As a long-time subscriber, I am extremely disappointed with Netflix's restrictive account policies and lack of customer support regarding legitimate usage scenarios. I reside in *******, where storms and hurricanes can often disrupt wired internet services. To maintain consistent access, I maintain two internet connections: **** Fiber (wired) and T-Mobile (wireless).Due to Wi-Fi dead zones in parts of my home, I use the T-Mobile connection in certain areas. However, Netflix prevents me from streaming content when I switch between these connections, claiming that my account is being used in a different household despite both services being registered at the same address.I reached out to Netflix support to find a resolution and offered to provide proof of both internet services being located at my residence. I suggested they verify this through ******** or billing statements. Unfortunately, they had no solution. Their system only allows streaming from the internet connection designated as the "household," which seems highly impractical. This policy is especially unreasonable in todays mobile and flexible digital environment. Whether traveling, visiting friends, or simply working from a caf, users should not be penalized for using a service they pay for. Its frustrating to see Netflix, a company that markets itself as a modern streaming service, enforce limitations reminiscent of traditional cable providers. On top of this, the platform frequently raises subscription prices while reducing the availability of popular content removing shows and movies with little notice.Netflixs rigid approach, combined with rising costs and declining content value, makes it increasingly difficult to justify remaining a subscriber.

Netflix does not have a secure streaming channel for its customers. However, they want their customers to follow their rules and regulations. This is the second time this year my account has been hacked. If this is the case, they should go back to people sharing accounts because I keep sharing my account with someone that I do not know. At least if I shared my account, it would be with someone that I know.

Netflix should be ashamed of themselves for ripping customers off. They have been charging me 2 times a month for one account since Sept 2024 The amount is ****** of extra charges. They refuse to refund me all my money back, They only want to refund me for the month of May. I'am disgusted with this company. I will not deal with this rip off company anymore. There is a ton of other streaming apps to use other then them.

Beware, Netflix is willing to upgrade you at the click of a single button with no further information, but in order to remove your card information you will need to first contact support, and then verify that you are actually the owner of the account. ******************** doesn't care about you or your money. Rather than sending an e-mail and asking you to confirm the upgrade they just claim that they sent an email when the upgrade happened. They will take no responsibility in the matter, and blame you. Honestly its a simple fix, and the fact that they won't do it means they are banking on the accidental button presses to upgrade accounts and then charge you more for months before you figure out that you have been upgraded without your knowledge...

This company is dishonest and continues to show that. I changed my plan in the middle of April and it will automatically prorate the difference so I was confused about why I see 2 charges on my account. 7.99 which was the old subscription and then new charge of ***** plus tax. When I reached out to customer service it was literally the worst ever. This supervisor named ***** was rude and disrespectful and should not be a supervisor. Unethical and unprofessional is all I have to say...

Premium Netflix plan locked on device screens unless Add Member was selected. Accidentally clicked Add Member when trying to access account and troubleshooting. Called Netflix to remove Add Member. This glitch changed our billing cycle which caused us to be shorted days which we already paid for. Called Netflix and was hung up on by 1st ***** when I asked for supervisor. Called back and their resolution was oh well not our problem take it or leave it. Cancelled account. No one should be forced to choose Add Member option just to access the account they already paid for. I alone have Netflix on 3 devices, plus 2 other household members who have Netflix on different devices, and we travel. They incorrectly assumed others outside our household were using our account. I explained all this but they didnt care.

Netdicks was double charging on my AMEX, one account for me billed at the start of the month and one account for my wife billed at the end of the month. $15.49/mo on my wife's (exact same info and users as mine). They would not refund more than the most recent charge. Be on the look out if you lose your card and a new number is issued they will find a way to increase their revenue. Sus!
