  Worker's Jose/Polo and Pancho (Vezina Industries, Inc)provided quick and quality window/door work. They were easy to communicate with and were understanding. Any level of confusion was made clear by these service providers. They also ensured that the work space was clean like they had found it. I would definitely recommend these workers to family, friends, and acquaintances.

  We recently purchased solar through Vezina Industries, Inc. Our experience was amazing from the very beginning all the way through the installation. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with the selection process. Overall a very great company and would do business with them again.

  Vezina Industries installed retrofit windows on our house. They replaced all of our old metal framed, single paned windows with high quality double paned, energy efficient windows.
  From start to finish, we had a great experience. The installer’s: Jose, Pancho and Polo showed up on time, were very fast and professional and did an amazing job.
  We highly recommend Vezina and will be using them for insulation next.

  Hired this company for window installation throughout my home. Service was excellent. Impeccable timing from Jose /Polo/Pancho /Sergio/Everado. Fast and efficient with quality work. Small issue with window request looking to get resolved soon. Would recommend to anyone looking for window installation.

  Terrible experience. This company was sent out by my builder, KB homes, to repair a sliding door. They came out several times to assess the problem. I moved into my home in February 2022. The work order was submitted on March 2022. After a few no show appointments, finally in June my windows were assessed along with the sliding door. I was told the work could not be done until the shutters were removed. My shutters were installed in May 2022, had the company came out when the order was originally placed we would not have that problem. By this point I was beyond frustrated. I spoke to the home builder about this, I told them I refuse to pay for the removal of the shutters when it was Vezina who failed to follow through with the work request in a timely manner. This was now June and nothing has been done to fix the sliding door problem. A gentleman by the name of Rick from vezina was sent over to inspect the doors and windows and note which shutters needed to be removed. I was told only one bedroom shutter needed to be removed to complete the work. The sliding door would NOT need to have the shutter removed. I made sure to ask several times and confirm with Rick on the shutter removal for the door as removal for it would take hours. Finally the day came to have the work done on the windows and door. A tech came out and would not do the work because the sliding door shutter needed to be removed! By this time I was not only frustrated but angry by the lack of communication among the people in this company. During the service appointment we made several attempts to contact Rick with no luck. Maintenance personnel with KB home finally got ahold of this Rick guy. Much to my surprise he then proceeded to tell her the complete opposite of what he told me the day of the walkthrough. He denied ever telling me that the shutter didn’t need to be removed. It is now March 2023 and the sliding door has not been repaired. Company lacks communication among staff and professionalism.
