      ******* and ***** did such a great job! We really appreciate them coming very quickly. I asked their servicer if they have someone available ASAP and they delivered. Our sink were draining upwards when we used the garbage disposal. It goes back up and our dishwasher ended clogging. If it doesn't drain, it just stays on top of the sink. On top of that our first floor bathroom were clogged d/t accumlation of year worth's hair. They were very informative and they were effective and efficient. We love their work!! I highly recommend them. ???????

      We bought a house with existing leaks under the subfloor and when we discovered the issue, placed a request on Knights website. Within about 1 hour I had a call back with same-day service! Everyone was incredibly professional and made sure I knew what the process would be. Dispatch informed me that the technicians would show me what was damaged and itemize the costs for me before doing the work, and let me know what I would pay just for the visit. When they arrived, the plumbers did exactly as she said - diagnosed the problem, outlined the expense... and then they were able to fix it in a matter of less than an hour. They were pleasant and professional, presented themselves neatly (doesn't really matter to the work, but somehow felt more respectful), and even wore booties into the house (carpet was being installed)... it was the small touches like that which made it such a great experience. 10/10 would call anytime again!

      Knights Plumbing, the sign on the truck says Your Hometown Heros, charged a home for disabled adults $1136.10 to repair a toilet leak. The repair took 35 minutes. My wife and I were not at home when ***** and ******* arrived, my wife and I were dealing with a medical emergency. ***** called my wife on her cell phone, he was very professional. He stated after assessing the problem he recommended installing a new premium toilet he also stated there may be problems with the ****** he would have to repair. ***** stated he has worked for Knights Plumbing for ************************************************************************* some businesses. My wife explained to ***** our daughter recommended Knights plumbing because of their reviews. So based on my daughters recommendation I believe you and trust you will be honest and fair. She gave her approval over the phone.My wife is a veteran, a senior citizens caring for adults with developmental disabilities and family members fighting cancer, multiple sclerosis and dementia. We are active in the community and have been blessed with Service professionals that help and support us fairly, respecting the service we provide. My wife believed Knights Plumbing, Hometown Heros, to be fair also.I left my wife and went to the house. When I got there ***** and ******* were packing up their truck. ******* gave me his laptop to sign for the complete of the work and stated the invoice would be emailed to **** was surprised to see they installed an ***************** toilet that sells for under $300.00 at *********** When I checked the invoice for the cost of parts and labor, it only listed $1136.10.My wife called Knights Plumbing and they stated they do not provide a breakdown.My wife was not aware of the reasonable cost of repairs, and while addressing more urgent health concerns, agreed over the phone because she trusted and believed this to be a fair price.How who you rate this experience?
