    Last year I purchased a brand new heat and ** Combo roof unit and the ** has been blowing out cold air when I turn it on for a while now when I I called. They said they will be out the next day and they never came. Its very cold here overnight. I have a 20 month old baby and a newborn.

    We have been through hell and back with ******. Whatever you do don’t ever ask anything from this company. Our 3 year old air conditioner stopped working Friday. We had a ****** tech come out Sat 6:30 P.M. After an hour of him puttering around asking us what we touched, what did we do wrong. He provided no service in fixing the problem. It seemed like he was building a case to state their 10 year part warranty is no longer valid. He said it would be over $3,000 to fix two bad circuit boards. That he had he had to order the boards and he would call us Monday and install Tuesday or Wednesday. He also then stated that may not even fix the problem and we might need an entire new system. He said he would call his supervisor and get us some portable air conditioning units. That never happened. We spent over $500 getting our own.
    The only light of hope we have had in this entire problem has Fel-Air. Their technician, Omar was professional, prompt and explained not only the problem, but exactly what type of unit we had. He had it figured out in 20 minutes. He gave us reasonable options. He also said we should give ****** the option to make it right.
    Omar texted us saying he had the part we needed and that it was covered under warranty. ( kicking myself that I didn’t drop ****** right there)
    Omar texted us and said he had an opening the next day. (Again kicking ourselves that we didn’t jump on this In hoped ****** would not let us down for the fifth time) They have a life time warranty that guarantees disappointment.
    ****** also said the technician burned out his cornea staring at our UV light on our system and he has been out of work.
    We want to be treated well as much as being provided good service. Fel-Air has us now as customers for life. We can’t say enough great things about Omar. We have recommended them to do air conditioning for local businesses.
    Omar texted us immediately, seriously his response time is amazing. Thank you!

    Fel-air installed a co.pletely new heating and air conditioning system at our house. All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.
    I was very impressed.by the quality of their work, and super happy to have heating and cooling in my place!

    I was very impressed with this company they answered all my questions and are very professional they got a huge job done in one day other companies would have took two days to complete. the pricing was awesome and affordable I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality work and good pricing.

    I had Fel-Air come out over 3 years and install a new A/C and heater. They’ve been an amazing company and do really care about their customers. I’ve since referred several people and they’re all happy as well. After my latest experience just this past week, I think Fel-Air is probably the best company in the area.

    I feel the guys took out my 1 year old downstairs A/c because it was on and working when they were installing upstairs A/C. Found out when weren’t getting any Cool air down stairs. I went into the attic to look thinking the valve needed to be placed back on if too much water gets into the drip pan. Found out that’s the reason why I don’t have a trip pan under the unit supposed to be replaced. However, found a larger drip pan under the A/c coils I feel not needing replaced and no water I felt needing to be drained out or valve that pops out that saves it from any damage.
    I feel I paid for a heater replacement which the sales guy added to the work. The installation didn’t ask or show us any work that they were called out to do or the A/c only would have been replace. There was three emails with estimates. I seen one with correction of estimate and opened that one. No buttons could be pushed to confirm any work needed to be done. So my husband called and later the sales guy called back with the appointment time.
    I think we also got an email with the appointment time. Anyways. What a disappointment. The guy was blaming my husband stating he wanted the works. Then calling him and then blaming me. So, o opened the email but couldn’t see an estimate so I pushed the button thinking that’s the button to get the estimate so I can show the worker. Well I got to see the estimate this time and also in pink letter stating declining the estimate. Then the sales guy went on that as an excuse of replacing and charging us for the heater installation which we never wanted or would have agreed to. Like I told the installation guys. I feel they should come with a work order asking customers if that’s the work they were there to complete and errors can be stopped and corrected before any work is completed and the customer wouldn’t have to pay for something they don’t want.. I feel also they should have asked Edison or us to take out their equipment.
