    Warning: ************ is a scam. They will tell you one thing over the phone, pressure you into signing a lease, and then hit you with hidden fees and charges you didnt agree to. My leasing agent even told me to "just ignore" certain parts of the lease and sign it, assuring me hed take care of it.The lease is full of confusing fine print, along with links to more documents that bury you in extra fees. Despite initially booking and paying for a week of office space, Ive been charged for a full month and continue to receive invoices for additional charges. Their pricing on third-party sites is inaccurate, and after I paid, they called to say there was an error and that they would refund me and get me taken care of, I just needed to work with them directly.Whenever I raise concerns, their tone completely changes. Theyll pass you around to different people or ignore you entirely, only to later blame you for not reading the fine print carefully enough.The building itself was a mess: broken air conditioning running nonstop, missing amenities like filtered water, and faulty desks. When they moved me to another location, there was no access or keys ready for me when I ********** the end, I was charged over $550 instead of the $100 I initially signed up for, plus a $300 retainer thats still not returned. Now, *** received an additional charge for IT support and a ridiculous $50 cleaning fee, even though cleaning is included in the rent.Avoid this company at all costs if youre a private individual renting. There are honest companies in town you can trust.
