I got a sample from them. After trying the sample, I told them I only wanted the trial. Now they charged my card $90 and refuse to reverse the charge 2 hours later stating its already processed. No looking out for the customer.

Our records show that the Starter Pack was ordered on 4/19/25. During the sign up process we notify all customers of future orders and the trial period of 14 days. On 5/03 we tried to process your first order, but the payment method declined and the order was delayed. On 7/03 we processed the next order and you emailed us stating you requested to cancel the previous month. We have no record of a cancellation request before 7/03. 1 starI ordered 2 packs of underwear just to try them. A couple of weeks later was notified another order was on the way. I had not intended to subscribe! The website is setup so they keep popping up offers, very sneaky app. I got my subscription cancelled but resent very much being tricked. The product is excellent so I cant figure out why they have to cheat! Just American marketing ethics I guess.Review fromLea B

I have found that the Because brand is the best I have ever tried. Most of the time I still felt pretty dry even when it was full. Thank you. I just wish that they were covered by insurance or something.Because Market

I ordered from this place for $2.99 and got the product and was not satisfied and I looked at my checking account and it was overdrawn and I contacted them and at first they said that they couldnt do anything and I said I checked no and I wanted refund or else I would contact the ** on them. Then they said they were sending it to the refund department and I said I receive social security and they would charging me overdrawn charges and that was it. It doesnt make any sense to charge me and not notify meBecause Market

We did not receive a cancellation request during the trial period and the first order was sent on 5/16/25. On 5/16/25 you sent us a chat and explained you only placed the one order and were overdrawn- we escalated your refund request at that time- you called us on the same day and your account was closed. I paid my $2.99 for my trial products only to be charged $100.74 on my credit card. I called the phone and received an automated voice which said my 3 month subscription and since I was not happy they could offer me a discount. I NEVER Agreed to a 3 month subscription what I did agree was to the trial package for $2.99.Because Market

I've been waiting a dozen years for something like Because to come into my life but I didn't know it. When you start needing diapers and other assists for leakage nobody takes you up on the mountain and gives you a crash course in how to go about this. It becomes a long term trial and error process. Finally Because!
