    ******! When dealing with this company, please carefully read what you are signing onto before ordering a so called trial. If you do not, you will find yourself in a subscription that you may not want! Most people who need these products are not in the state of mind to BE AWARE that they are agreeing to something other than a trial. A trial should not automatically turn into a subscription. I submit that for all the good Because Market claims to do that they can do much better with fair dealing business practices, especially considering they serve mostly the elderly and disabled. Because Market, you can treat your customers fairly without devious sign-up subscriptions. Customers BEWARE! Select one star ********************** a selection is required. I would give a minus 5 if it were available.

    Thank you for reaching out- on 1/12/25 the Starter Pack was ordered, along with two other products. During the sign up process we notify all customers of future orders and the trial period of 14 days for the Starter Pack. On 1/26/25 the first order was processed. On the same day, we received a text from you asking about an ""unauthorized"" shipment and charges. We also received an email from you asking us not to ship the order. We were not able to cancel the order. On 1/27/25 you called us and the call dropped- you emailed us and asked us to call you. You then called back the same day and you explained you were not aware of the subscription and would cancel the charge. We offered for you to return the product and you stated you would refuse it and did not want to follow the return policy. We cancelled future orders on that ******** emailed us on 1/27/25 and explained you were refusing the order and the subscription didn't exist. On 1/29/25 we emailed and stated we denied the refund request since the package was refused, and provided notes on our return policy. Currently, there is an inquiry open with your bank regarding the charge. They will be in contact with you once they have investigated and made a decision.

    Ordered samples. Paid for shipping. I am not a customer. However my bank account was charged. Called customer service. Was no help. I was told I have to return items I did not order. How can a company place an order without my concent???

    Thank you for reaching out to us- our records show that you ordered the Starter Pack on 4/05/25. During the sign up process we notify all customers of future orders and the trial period. On 4/19/25, your trial period ended and the first order was sent out. You called us on 4/21/25 and stated the charge was unauthorized, asked to cancel, and gave your feedback on the product. We made an exception to our refund policy and refunded you the same day. We did not receive a cancellation request during the trial period.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Our records show that you ordered a Starter Pack on 4/11/25- the trial period is 14 days, but the first order was placed a few days after the Starter Pack was sent. This order appears to have been placed through your online account. We did not receive a cancellation request until 4/17/25. We have processed a refund as a one-time exception to our policy given the circumstances, and are investigating further.

    The first time I ordered from Because, it was for incontinence pads- I missed that they "autochecked" the subscription service box. The product was not at all useful for my mother. The next month, another package arrived and I quickly figured out my mistake. I initiated contact with them on 12/18/2024. They make it difficult to return an item. I had to pay the shipping to return it, I had to keep contacting them to resolve the issue and finally today 1/27/2025, I was informed that my mom was being reimbursed $12.44 for something she paid $20.43. I was told that she will not be reimbursed for their shipping cost of $7.99. I realize that it was my oversight that they autochecked the "start a subscription" box. However, who starts an auto ship for something they never tried before. There business model is disingenuous.

    Thank you for reaching out to us- we first sent our return policy on 12/18/25 which detailed that returns will be refunded for the product cost only. During the sign up process, we notify all customers of future orders and we also send reminders via email and text (if opted in). On 12/18/24 we sent an RMA for the return. You notified us the order had been returned on 1/13/25 and by 1/15/25 we could see the order was in transit, but not delivered yet. You followed up on 1/24/25 and on 1/27/25 we notified you that the refund had been processed. We have made a one-time exception to our return policy and refunded you the $7.99 for shipping as of today.

    Because Market conducts FRAUDULENT business, transactions/subscriptions. I requested sample so my 85 year old mom so she could try them out and they were never sent. Then they sent me an insanely huge box of diapers that DO NOT fit my mom and I emailed them on 12/31/24 requesting a cancellation of the subscription and requested a refund and nothing was done. I received an email stating that they would respond within 24 hours. On 1/23/25, I spoke to a customer services agent in customer service asking why another order was being shipped and my cancellation and refund request was not honored and she kept evading the question. I escalated the call to a supervisor and they promised to refund.I will ensure negative reviews on every single social media platform because they take advantage of the senior citizen community.

    Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond- you signed up for the Starter Pack on 12/16/24. During the sign up process we notify all customers of the trial period and future orders. Our records show that the Starter Pack was delivered. On 12/30/24 the trial period ended and the first full order was processed because we did not receive a request to cancel future orders during the trial period. The account has been closed and we processed a refund for the order as an exception on 1/24/25.

    I have tried other brands of incontinence products and Because comes out on top for me. The delivery is discreet, and the product is great. I feel confident that Because protects me from leaks. I’ve been using them for years and will continue to do so.
    Any time I’ve needed to contact them, their website is very easy to use, and when calling them they are very polite and helpful.

    The products do what the company says they will do, great products at a fantastic price. Ordering is easy and shipping is quick. Contacting the company is simple and you may check your account at any time. Less expensive than store bought and they perform better.

    Because has better products for inconsistent problems than items you can buy in the stores. I have used Because for a few years now and am quite satisfied. There are several products available. Ive used most of them. Having Because delivered to my front door is also a positive. I recommend women who have to deal with this annoying problem to try (and then use) Because products. ****
