    TERRIBLE experience with this company! Ordered 3 side tables that were listed as in stock / shipping within **** days. Laughable. That was in October. The order was shipped at the end of December. We believed that was the worst part, we were wrong. The delivery company was even worse. The order didnt show up on the scheduled day. Then it didnt show up the next day.So we called the original merchant, 2Modern, hoping they could help us get the order we placed with them. Spoiler alert: they couldnt. In fact, the clueless customer service person asked US if we had the phone number of the delivery company. Yes, you read that correctly. The CUSTOMER SERVICE didnt know where the merchandise had been sent or who was delivering it. At that point we knew we would never be receiving our very expensive order and we filed a dispute with the credit card company. Be warned by our horrific experience.

    Placed and order followed all shipping & return information located at the bottom of the order and for some reason those policies don't seem to apply to me because im trade? placed multiple orders this year. Will never order here again but go direct to the consumer because I wouldn't be facing these problems from the vendor direct.Horrible customer service. Horrible Trade program. Just horrible

    THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. I placed an order and shipping was promised in 5 -10 business days. I received an email 2 days after I placed the order saying it was to be shipped in 25 days. I sent emails to customer service - no answer. I called several times and finally got someone on the phone who mentioned my products are back ordered until December. I called them out on fraudulent and misleading behavior and the customer service representative hung up on me. I called back and no answer. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN. Withholding people money and not being transparent is wrong and I'll make it my mission to SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN.

    I purchased what was shown on their website as a neon yellow bench. What arrived was the color of the one star Ive given their customer service. Upon letting them know that Id be returning it, I was told that the style number sent to me was for a yellow piece and they dont even show it in tangerine. The photos I sent comparing their yellow to what I received made no difference to ***** in customer support. I, not **********************, am responsible for the shipping cost and hassle of sending the heavy piece back to them. Im disgusted. ************

    I bought a lantern from this company though the remittance actually went to Carve Media and not 2Modern on June 29, 2022, and received a very poorly packed and broken product which I then promptly reached out to them about on July 8, 2022. They cited the usual reason but now increasingly over-used excuse of supply chain issues and then generally said that they would review the request. Then, without further communication, I started getting automated messages every couple weeks thereafter about shipping delays and continued to get no response even after I followed up by e-mail on July 12th and 14th. There was no evidence that they were starting a replacement or other compensation process. Finally, since I was still not getting a response, I decided to start a dispute with my credit card company. Then, I immediately got an e-mail from this company threatening to ***, and they then proceeded to cancel my purchase. In the meantime, I had been out of my own money for close to two months without any kind of compensation.I think this is is a sham business and should be investigated. They hold themselves out as a home goods store but operate actually as a means of taking consumers money, holding onto it for their own purposes, and then using unfair and deceptive means to then take no responsibility thereafter after theyve held onto hundreds of dollars for a long time.

    I am sorry that you had a bad experience while shopping with us. We sent multiple messages to you regarding the replacement order status (7/13, 7/22, 7/29, 8/10 and 8/11). Unfortunately, there are some supply chain issues that are causing delays with some products. We provided updates immediately. You filed a chargeback the same day it shipped (the email was sent to you with tracking #s) and the money for the order will be returned to you and the shipment was recalled. I am discussing with the team to understand where we were able to do better here.
