    We recently used Yardzen for our landscape design and were overall very pleased with the experience. They did a great job incorporating the specific elements we had envisioned into the final design. It really felt like they listened to our input and brought our ideas to life in a thoughtful, creative ******* hiccup we encountered was the timelineour initial renderings were delivered later than expected. That said, the final result was worth the wait. The rendering we received captured our vision beautifully, and were happy with how everything turned out.All in all, Yardzen delivered a quality design that aligned well with our goals, and we would recommend them to others looking for an online landscape design service.

    I was a little skeptical about a service online but so happy we went ahead with it. We had used a local landscape designer which we hated the design he came back with, so we tried Yardzen and after uploading all info and answering all questions they hit it out of the park. We absolutely love our initial design. You cant go wrong using them.

    We opted for the full yard (landscaping and hardscaping) package and the first draft was absolutely stunning. We couldn't believe how much potential our home and yard had. It really reinforced the value of our forever home and we can perfectly envision ourselves living and growing our family in this beautiful space. We plan to phase out the build, because (as we requested), it's quite an extensive update and we look forward to taking advantage of Yardzen's ability to help us plan that phase out and set us up with contractors when we're ready. I love that they kept the yards bright and airy while also giving us the privacy we need on a corner lot. We are in the Northeast and having native plants grow so beautifully as well as the team keeping our winter weather in mind when designing made us feel like this was really a purposeful plan created with us in mind. We did the chatty video so we were able to note specific desires (like raised garden beds along the side and a nice pergola out back) and the designers did a beautiful job of incorporating everything we asked for without the yard feeling cluttered or confused. Absolutely stunning work, we couldn't have asked for more and are so excited to continue the planning and executing!

    I had a great experience using YardZen. They took all of my wishlist items into account and created a stunning rendering that was incredibly accurate to my current backyard layout, including the house, fence and garage. The platform is very user-friendly and the customer service team has been great. I have no complaints and would use them again!

    We have a mid sized back yard re-do we would like to have done that is on a hillside. While the process is not complete yet (awaiting final design), things have gone very smoothly from initial ideas and questionnaire to preliminary design and feedback. The team has been responsive and the initial design looks great. The process has been very smooth and the communication with Yardzen has been professional and responsive. We have recommended them to our neighbors and are looking forward to the final design and implementation.
