  The yard plans we got from Yardzen are terrific. A great value for the price. The team we were assigned is knowledgable and quick to respond. No pressure through the process and we can build our yard as we're ready. First project came out great. Highly recommend.

  Our experience with Yardzen has been everything we had hoped it would be. Their design turned out much better than we had envisioned originally. The responses to our questions have been very quick - even on weekends at times. The 3D renderings of our new yard and covered outdoor space are fantastic and very detailed, which is what we needed. And they put the design elements together that saved us much needed space. We would recommend them to anyone looking to plan and visualize their outdoor living space!

  I wasted time, money, and effort using them and in the end hired a local designer to do my yard. I am seeking full refund for the project which I have requested. Only had 15 or 30 min time slots (rushed) to meet with a Yardzen rep. ***** met with the designer to complete my yard. Felt like the "telephone game" where you start with what you want and when you get the design it is nothing like you communicated. All designs very AI/boilerplate! If it was realistic, that would be okay, but it was very "cartoon-ish", fake, unrealistic. I spend hours sending them very specific, ideas, looks, photos, and videos. What I received looked like an unexperienced graphic design project at a high school level. Since they are not local to where I live, plants just not a good fit for climate. I have asked for and am seeking $2200 back. I expected to meet with a designer to realize my vision. That never happened. I had two re-designs and even hired the company they requested. Since they could not use the plan Yardzen provided, I am out money with them as well. I've reached out and asked for refund. I hear crickets. This whole process has cost me thousands of dollars and NO useable plan.

  Yardzen is a terrific company that offers an amazing service. From end to end an all around stellar experience. Cant imagine anyone looking to update their yard wouldnt love it.

  Go to a local Homedepot or Lowes and do it yourself. No local sourcing, no measurements, no material estimates, no drainage plan, just a picture. All measurements given. No response.

If a client chooses to DIY their project installation, they are able to do so with detailed plans from our design deliverables. We include planting legends and measurements, enabling our clients to bring their landscape visions to life with a vetted contractor or on their own.It's important to note that while irrigation plans may not be part of our standard design packages, we have an in-house team of experts available to discuss irrigation options or collaborate with contractors to support in this area.We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our Yardzen services and emphasize our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to all our clients.

  Yardzen is a ****. They charged $1500 to provide designs in 6 weeks. I went ahead. The first draft was decent but there were many gaps from the requests I had. Given they only give one final edit. I provided detailed feedback on - Make the make yard child safe/appropriate. - Suggest plants and trees which are drought friendly. And there were around 10 other requests. They gave back final design with almost the same as first. Most importantly, their design is dangerous for a child, poisonous plants and several sharp cornered slabs. Many trees placed next to each other would just die. Also, they suggested things to buy which doesnt come in the color they so in the design. Its a pathetic experience, they dont get your needs, dont talk to you, and doesnt fix whats wrong. Would never recommend them to anyone.
