    I ordered bare-root strawberry plants from 9Greenbox. on September 9th. The order had still not arrived, despite them sending me a confirmation email stating the shipment had been sent, by October 4th. On October 4th I emailed requesting the order be cancelled and refund issued since I had not received the order. They did not respond. The order then arrived on October 8th, and all of the plants were dead and rotting. On October 9th I emailed them indicating I was displeased with the order arriving after my emailed request for a refund, and that the plants were dead. They still have not responded.

    I placed my order with ***************************** on 6/18/2024 including the following items:- 1 Hawaiian Papaya - 6" pot - 1 Dwarf Pomegrante Tree Container/Patio/Bonsai - 2 Hardy Kiwi Plants - Actinidia - **** and ****** I spent $50.96 total on my order for the plants and shipping. My plants arrived on 6/28/2024. Upon opening the box, the plants were in extraordinarily unhealthy condition (losing leaves, moldy, some already dead) and they never sent the Hawaiian papaya (they sent some other dead rose plant instead). The plants have all since died. I have been trying to contact the business for a month: emailing them at **************** weekly, submitting their "Contact us" form on their website, and calling their phone number but it's no longer in service. I have not received any communication from them in response to my requests to remedy the situation through a full refund (including shipping) for my order since the plants died and I'm no longer interested in doing business with them. Since I cannot obtain a response from the company, I am submitting this complaint with the Better Business Bureau to assist in obtaining a full refund for my order.

    I purchased a plant from them. I emailed them that it died. They said they would send a replacement. They never did and stopped answering my emails. I want to know why? And I want my plant.

    Ordered lucky bamboo plants on January 5th, 2023 for $36.52 I was issued a DHL tracling # as of today January 27th Ive emailed them and called multiple time with no response and now the DHL tracking number *********0862063 they originally provided no longer exist and says no results found. I cant reach anyone Ive tried calling, email, facebook, and instagram with no response, they have taken my money and I have no way to reach them. They are a bad company
