    Problems with delivered goods The items and quantities were different than what I ordered.Arabica Coffee Plant - 4" Potted Plant $6.99 Sweet Bay ****** **** - 4" Potted Plant $6.99 I can't tell which one was dead because there was no item label,but one arrived dead.Air Plants - Set of 5 $8.99 This item came with only one completely different *********** No. 5 Sandalwood Seeds 10 - Ylang Ylang-Kananga This item was supposed to have 10 seeds, but only had 5.Himalayan Blue Poppy Seeds 20 - Meconopsis This item said 20, but there were so many that I think it was a different item.When I call the number on the site, I get an automated response that says service is *************** can I contact you?I have emailed multiple times with pictures, but have not heard back.

    Apparently this is routine for this business. I ordered a serissa bonsai but instead got an umbrella plant. I emailed three times (using the original email and my order number) asking for either a refund or my actual order - no response. Whatever you do, take your business somewhere, anywhere else.

    If there was a 0 I would have put that. I order 2 live plants from them. I finally received them and neither one is what I ordered. After calling, to no answer, to emails, so far 3, I have no response. They not only are the wrong plants, but One is totally dying, because they cut some pieces and stuck them in the dirt, without rooting them. So it is dying.

    I ordered 20 bare root everbearing strawberry plants from them. The root systems on many of them were very poor. At this moment only seven and a have survived or continue to grow. I ordered directly from 9greenbox.com. I would not recommend this company.

    Perhaps I should have addressed it with Amazon. Which is the website I ordered lucky bamboo. I asked the seller three different times and on the day it is to be delivered then and only then could I inquire as to who actually will deliver my item I'm supposed to contact them on the 13th of May I will never order from them again I should have just disputed with my bank for you see I was unable to cancel the order

    I order two easy growing plants and they arrived dead. The pictures on Amazon are not the product delivered. I am very angry and disappointed. The packaging of the plants is unprofessional, unacceptable and horrible. Peace Lily and a Pothos are easy plants to grow and hard to kill. Unfortunately, 9Green Box has achieved the goal of killing easy growing plants and wasting customer’s money.
