      I bought a house 2015 with Green world windows and doors. The windows are having condensation on at least 3. The website offers no and called leaving messages get unanswered. No help from this company. Shoddy business practices.

      In Nov 2020, we bought an existing home that was built in 2012 with windows from GWWD. As part of the purchase, the previous owner filed a claim with GWWD to have 14 window panes replaced due to broken seals and covered under their warranty. The initial inspection was delayed to 3/1/2021 due to COVID. The replacements were scheduled for 5/25/2021. On 5/25/2021, the installers did not come to our home and no one from GWWD called to advise us of the issue/delay. I called in and they said it was delayed because the correct glass wasn't available. We rescheduled for 6/9/21. GWWD called in the interim to say the right glass still wasn't available. We finally re-scheduled for 8/20/21. Their installer came and only installed 4 of the 14 panes due to broken or wrong size panels or only having 1 of a set of two. We rescheduled the balance to be replaced on 11/3/21. On that date they replaced all but 2 panes. Since then I have called GWWD, their service manager, warranty replacement customer service and multiple extensions and no one has called back in 9 months. In most cases, no one has been available to answer the call and you get sent to voicemail where many times you can't leave one because the mailbox is full. Even the operator and the front desk have the same issues. In the meantime, 1 of the newly replaced panes broke with no known impact on it. Many home owners in the development we are in have also had issues with GWWD service. The community residents had been working on a settlement but as far as I'm aware, there has been no final settlement for warranty replacement issues. My experience with GWWD has probably been one of my worst experiences working with any company in any capacity. Their poor operational processes, poor quality windows (they had even replaced some when the previous owner lived here) and their poor customer service follow up is shocking for any business that I've ever dealt with. I've attached my documentation.

      We purchase our home in Huntington Beach (Brightwater) in 2014, the windows were supplied by Green World Windows. They are now about 8+ years old 20+ windows are foggy and need to be replaced. No answers at Green World, we have left several messages and they have not returned our many calls.

      I had Green World install my entire house with new windows and patio door in 2012. I was given a certificate at the time that gave me Lifetime Warranty on the windows and patio door. During the last 10 years, I have used this warranty 2 or 3 times and was very satisfied with their service. During this year (2022), I discovered that one of my upstairs bedroom windows definitely needed replacing due to the fact that the double-paned window was leaking (fogging up). After having my windows cleaned in July 2022, I was informed that 3 other windows were also leaking. After placing 5 phone calls and leaving 5 messages, I have not had a single response to my messages. If I call & hit 0 for the operator, it tells me there is no one to answer the call (no matter what time of day I called, I would get the same message) - only to leave a voicemail.
