    As of December 2022, Ava Finance has limited my spending limit on my credit account without merit. My spending limit has increased monthly with Ava Finance, from the date I started using their products(credit builder loan, and credit card for the last 7 months). I have not been late on either my credit card account nor my credit builder loan account with **********************. Ava Finance has not provided a detailed explanation of how they have changed the access to the $2500 credit limit that is offered. My spending limit, up until December 2022, has increased to nearly $300. It is now $113. This change has been made by Ava Finance without merit. The responses they have provided me, does not explain how someone who has never been late on a payment, should be negatively affected. Their terms of service has not been updated. In addition to me using all of their products, I also pay a monthly subscription fee of $6. I would like for Ava to reinstate my previous spending limit, and continue to allow for my spending limit to increase, following my on-time payments. I would also like for Ava Finance to provide me an updated Terms of Service that explains how someones spending limit can decrease after no history of late payments. I would also like to report that Ava Finance has failed to provide credit card statements and loan statements. I do not know when my statement dates are. Therefore, I am unable to determine when Ava Finance will report my activity to the credit bureaus. I have been negatively affected by this because there has been a balance on my credit report, from Ava Finance. I would also like a refund of the monthly subscription amount of $6, for each month that I am not provided statements for my accounts (7 months, going on 8 months now). I requested statements from Ava Finance, and they have failed to provide legitimate statements to me.

    Ava is reporting accounts not accurate on my report and I don't know how they got on my credit report. Closed and open account reporting to different credit bureaus. There very damaging and offensive. The law states I have Rights to privacy and a consumer **************** cannot furnish information without my written instruction. *************** a section 2.
