    When I started doing business with them. I was promised that my Credit Card Surcharges would drop. Instead they increased, my rate was more than 1.5 % than my current rate. After contacting them, they did say that I had been entered at the wrong rate. They did change it to a lower rate. Watching my statements, I noticed that I was being charged for other services, which I was not told about. When I went to cancel my service, was told that there would be a charge of ****** for early termination. It took over a month for the paperwork to come to cancel. Am still waiting for the return label package. In the meantime, I am still being charged monthly fees.They have told me, I should receive a refund for them (monthly and annual fees), but I will be pleasantly surprised if I actually receive it.I feel that they misrepresented themselves. And didn't disclose everything. Which is my fault for not reading the small print.I just want to warn others, to make sure you read the fine print and record your conversations with them.
