      I have a duty belt from them and the inner belt failed, however the company was quick and friendly to replace the item.

      I experienced horrible customer service from a company primarily serving first responders, which is incredibly disheartening. I ordered a belt at a store to be shipped to a hotel and went two weeks without any communication. I tried to contact them on Friday, but their customer service was closed, and they remained closed all weekend. I sent an email on Friday, but by Tuesday, I still hadn't received a response. The "chat" feature is useless. Unfortunately, it seems they do not care for the customers who are saving lives in the community. They have a monopoly on this type of clothing, which reflects poorly on their business practices. It feels like all they care about is making money.

      Good items until they aren't. Warranty is trash, despite their lifetime guarantee. I had glue fail on a raincoat that got wet, and they refuse to honor the warranty. I don't recommend spending the money unless it's for a disposable item.

      I will not purchase any more items from 511 I made an order twice from there web site was charged on my debit card then it its credit back, on my debit and order is never send.That is really un- professional from them advertising an item, and never getting it. Fault advertising.If items is not available or dont have it on stock. Dont advertise

      I ordered two pairs of pants, one more expensive then the other. They sent two of the cheaper pairs so I returned one pair. It took them forever to process the refund, and when they did, they refunded for the pair I had returned. So they stole 50+ dollars from me.

      F****** horrendous customer service I actually think they purposely ripped me off I paid for two pairs of pants the sent only one. No information why I'm f****** ****** ??

      Their customer service has been unreachable for 4 days. Multiple emails, 2.5 hours on hold and I even tried to ******** message them. They sent the wrong product and I need it fixed.

      I'm a current employee in the ******, ** location. District managers and upper management like to see their employees struggle and will proceed to overwork an employee when they've requested to work less time as a part-time employee. There have been a lot of turnovers of employees resulting in me being the main employee at one time. Also being expected to train managers and people in general who make more than you is not fair. When I've talked to HR about various issues, nothing gets resolved, and the district manager has said, "This is retail", or "What's good for the business" I have chronic illnesses and I've not called off on a day I was expected to work. I have a full-time job that I work 6 am to 3 pm then I come in at **** 4 pm to close and I've been working Sat., Sun. Open to close since July. I've requested I would like a weekend off and their rebuttal is maybe I can have one once a month if it's good for the business. It was either late August or early September I started requesting Wed., and Thursday, evenings off. Every day is a working day and I'm at my breaking point. I scheduled time off in December, but it was denied bc no one is allowed to take off in December I requested this time in October and I never knew it was a "rule" but there is no mention in the **** field registration guide about it. Then knowing I've already paid for this vacation they are going to schedule me anyway and when I don't show up I'm going to be penalized. Also, their poor planning will result in the store being short-staffed for the other employees. The district manager has already tried to silence me by turning off my ability to respond to emails but also affecting my ability to do more job-related roles.

      People only write complaints anymore. I love **** for their durability and customer service. There was a confusing charge and ***** with their customer service **** fixed the issue and explained everything to me, reducing stress and shedding light on my stuff. Never had a bad incident with the company.

      Love their clothing, the pants I purchased were very good quality, I'd gon to a store and tried them on during one of their sales, to avoid some of the woes I've read in their reviews. Found my correct size and purchased the one remains pair in stock in my size in the store. I tended to then order from the website, joined and set up account, subscribed to text messages even, what a mistake, complete fiasco, constant slamming of texts, come back, good eye, you need to buy this fast, stock is limited, other people have in their carts, up to 4 maybe 5 a day, and that's ridiculous. Especially since 1, the pants I wanted were not available in my size, *********, the texts continued even after completly out of stock. And continued forearm and every item I'd browsed. I replied to one of the texts finally, and an immediat text back" you are unsubscribed" I'd simply stated that the marketing strategy needed some tweeking, I then replied I'd not asked to be, merely had pointed out something they should know, again, reply it's been confirmed I'm unsubscribed. Attempted to contact customer service, they won't accept it, no advice it says, lol, no negative on my next attempt was the reason they won't accept my email. Then contacted their privacy team, lol, I'm informed by them I've a right to opt out of data shareing, can see my data, and have deleted, but each attempt at this I get the same response, your State has no laws regarding data privacy, therefor we closed your request, meaning, you have no rights to any of this since we aren't compelled by law, and we won't respect your privacy for the same reason, we don't have to. We'll continue selling it, and you can't stop us. Then a email to say I can unsubscibe. Lol, no wonder the reviews are so low for them, they seem to shun their customers with impunity, some good products, but a reprehensible company, I'll not buy from them ever again
