      I have ordered pants for my husband from here several times. I have never had any issues. I just ordered 2 pair of pants for him in black. I didn't realize until after he had unpackaged them that they were in fact navy blue. The package they came in said black and my sales slip said black. I was hoping after a wash, they may change, but they didn't. Customer support was no help on this issue.

      I understand it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. What isn't my fault is the continued lethargic customer service. They get rattled when called out. I was supposed to get my two pairs of pants they never came as promised. Trying to speak to the ***************** of the company is like talking to ones ex wife. There is no work ethic culture within this company. The common sense is lacking.

      Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a patch that never arrived. The shipping tracker said Out for Delivery but never arrived and was never updated even after I contacted the company for help. The customer service rep said she would follow up with *** and call me back but a week later I was still waiting for follow up. Contacted them for a refund and was informed that it would take 3-5 business days to refund $3.59. Do not use this company for any reason!

      Purchased a duffel bag online. My shipment tracking went dark for 4 days and after the delivery date passed I got a message that my package was damaged in transit and it would take an extra 2 weeks to get another bag. I asked for a refund but **** still charged me for shipping fees. Ill make sure to NOT recommend **** to as many people as I can.

      sounds like 5.11 is doing this to everyone. Promising clothing and then not delivering. Ordered a bunch of shirts to be embroidered for the company. They charged us for the full order - but only shipped some. They didn't say anything about it. Finally we caught the screw up and they just say, "Unfortunately, the Lg & XL were a close-out item and no inventory left." No sorry. No apology. No, oh let us refund you. They were just hoping we wouldn't notice so they could keep our money. Crazy!

      Worst online purchase and product delivery process i have ever experienced. I ordered 6 items, on clearance, so they were presumably in stock or even overstock, otherwise why put them on clearance? Over 2 weeks later, I got 1 item of the 6. Another two weeks, another item. Sent an email, got a "we're sorry, working super hard" response. Now they have canceled one of the items I ordered (because it is not in stock - well then why did you sell it?!) and the other 3 are in God only knows what level of processing. Too bad because quality is pretty good on their clothes, but worst service and strangest business model I have ever encountered, which is saying something because there is so much bad service going around these days.

      Purchased a pair of boots for $155. Within 3 months the tread was RIPPED off not worn off. Both boots also developed a small tear where the toes flex. Fast forward 3 more months, boots are un usable. Worst part of all is they will not post my negative review on their website. I know I won't ever purchase from them again.

      I give it a two because the quality of products are great but the customer service and option for speaking on behalf of what people want, *****. Ive been hoping that 511 would come out with the Moab rush 6 in a backpack option because slings are not good for my back. When I called customer service, I was given an email for customization only to get a kickback email that said that I didnt have authorization to contact them. So I called and was told I could get transferred to the department only to be talked to like I was dumb for thinking I could get the Moab rush 6 in a backpack style. Then I called back to try and provide feedback only to be told that it would go no where. After my time being wasted and being treated like I me or my inquiry didnt matter, Ive been left with a bad taste in my mouth which is a shame because my husband and I were big advocates and now Im completely turned off. I guess Ill be shopping elsewhere from now on.

      Ordered a pair of tactical shorts during their labor day sale. I thought I got a good deal. Nightmare and run arounds started after Ive placed my order. 7th day had past no updates on the status. Sent an email to do folllow-***** no response. Finally received an email on the 11day indicated that my order was abruptly cancelled. Their reasoning out of stock and inventory error. I immediately checked their online site and the same shorts are available for purchase. I called their customer service multiple times - no answer! HORRIBLE SERVICE! BUYERS BEWARE!
