  I love this Laundromat they've always been kind and helpful whenever there's a worker there. It's usually clean and the equipment is well taken care of. It's a Laundromat so it's not that most amusing place but I can see the efforts even though I don't play arcade game my kids do, and that keeps them occupied for a bit so I can chill out. That stamp to free wash promotion great too, looking forward to that deal again. Anyway keep up good work, I appreciate the you guys.

  I left this review on google:Clothes still smell awful, washers and dryers not operating correctly. Waste of money and time. Stay away Then the owner responds by calling me Ms ****** clothes, accuses me of having clothes so soiled the machines could not wash them, which to me is them admitting their machines do not work. Ownder has tendency of arguing with anyone who leaves a bad review. Business owners like this should have their property taken away and given to someone who deserves it

  2nd Response to your newly edited review left on ****** on 11/14/23 (Original review was posted by Ms./Mrs. ****** Clothes approximately 1.5 months ago)We have noticed you slightly changed your review, perhaps to match what you reported to BBB (A much cleaner/cleaned up version omitting deceitful statements made by you in the original review that you wrote on ****** approx 1.5 months ago) YOU ARE A VERY DECEITFUL PERSON! If you are going to go the BBB, BE TRUTHFUL!!! In this current updated/change of your review you added that we are admitting that the new washers and new dryers can't perform. Please reread our original response because obviously you have an interpretation issue. It is evident you don't know how to use the washers properly and don't know how to communicate possible issues and allow the business staff to offer a remedy or free re-washing of your clothing using the proper amount of detergent required for the size washer(s) you are using; you simply chose to get onto the ****** this platform (BBB) and lie. The laundromat has been completely remodeled with new washers and dryers approximately one (1) year ago. Let us ask why would you use a 4-load washer, over stuff with clothing (beyond its capacity) and use 1 cup of detergent when it takes 4 cups of detergent (1 cup per load per detergent bottle instructions) or (4 large pods) or (3-4 cups soap for powder)? Of course, your clothing will not properly wash if you do not use the proper amount of detergent. We have an attendant 24/7 you did not complain to the attendant about the possible issue. You washed, dried, and left, then you posted this deceitful review about equipment failure and are promoting potential customers to STAY AWAY due to you not using the proper amount of soap and not knowing how to properly use the equipment. We are not rude in our response when pointing out your faults, lies and unfair handling of this entire situation. We repeat! We cannot address any issues if we are not made aware. You chose to not address your unhappiness while still at the laundromat, you chose to not call the number posted and to allow us an opportunity to rectify the problem if any, but instead chose to simply walk out when you were done and afterward get onto this platform (****** & now BBB) and rant and lie. Further you continued your harassment 1.5 months later by involving the BBB, but thats not all, you changed your view, you omitted most of your lies and only complained about being call "Smelly Clothes and question our professionalism" REALLY! You should be ashamed of yourself Ms./Mrs. **************. Stop harassing us! Exercising FREEDOM OF SPEECH"
