    Bought a prebuilt PC and about a a year and three quarters in (suspiciously close to end of warranty), PC crashes regularly. Support is no help, they take days between updates to respond and Im almost positive theyre purposely dragging it out until my warranty is no longer honored. If it comes to that, I promise I will be taking them to court.

    I bought a ** for **** dollars it broke within two weeks, something with the **** we sent it back no biggie right? Not at all, we get it back new GPU we also noticed a clip missing on the rail it is held on, 2 weeks go by, same thing same issue, NOTE: It takes two days between every email they send so it's a week before you're able to start sending the ** out. ********** back also asking the motherboard to be replaced, the guy says he does, right now we don't think he replaced it due to the clip still missing, it's not attached but at the bottom of the case. There is also a dent at the top of it showing someone dropped it upside down, there is also an issue with wifi, we are yet to email back.

    I paid this company over $1000 for a computer and received it last Tuesday. It worked for an hour; now? They voided the warranty, over some flocking issue Ive never heard of! They cancel the warranty, REFUSE to send a shipping label, to send it back and get a refund! How can I misuse a computer? Why would I spend over $1000 on a computer, to turn around and blow it up, using it for ONE HOUR?

    I bought a prebuilt ** from NZXT and it arrived fairly quickly. That's about the only good thing to come out of it so far. I had to send it back the day off due to frequent freezing and WINDOWS NOT BEING INSTALLED. It took them a month to fix my ** and send it back. After receiving my **, it came with no WINDOWS KEY. I have tried to reactivate it somehow through their support tips but it has not worked. I paid $2200 for a ** I have not gotten to use in over a month. They gave me a list of things they replaced on the ** and they essentially replaced every part, leaves me to believe there was no prior stress testing before shipping it the first time. I am extremely disappointed with the service so far. The customer support has been great though, they have done the best they can but their technical team/builders just need to find another job it seems.

    Ordered a $3500+ gaming computer that arrived DOA. (driver issue) Contacted support via Email and received the "we are busy..." "get back in 2 days..." message. Waited 5 days and still did not return my request. Called and got placed on hold which lead to a hang up. Called back and hung up on again. Tried to contact live support on their site and was told that all reps were busy and to please hold. Waited for 30 minutes and nothing. I waited another couple of days and still nothing. I finally took the machine to a local shop for assistance. Cost me an additional $300 out of pocket, but at least the thing works now. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

    The *** I ordered for my gaming PC was ******* plus tax. They contacted me through email informing me they no longer had that specific brand in stock and offered me a different brand but it was only ******* plus tax. When I finally received the invoice and my PC I noticed they didnt change the invoice and still billed me for the more expensive part. I contacted support and put in a ticket. For the last 4 days they have ignored me or jerked me around about it. Saying that both ***s were the same price even though the invoice I have and their website say different. I have copies of the emails, invoices, support chats and even screenshot the pricing of the cheaper *** they sent me as evidence but they refuse to do anything about it.

    BUYER BEWARE: My son got the new Creator Plus ** for gaming on Jan 27, 2023. The first day he used it, the power cord broke out into flames in 3 spots (apparently they were having a problem with this as it happened to others as well). I would attach a pic if this review platform had a photo upload option (go to Yelp if you want to see it). If we had not been home when this happened, the house could have burned down. If it happened while we slept...I don't even want to think about it (this is why you should always shut down your **s when you are not using them, by the way). The customer service was great at first, then it was terrible. Considering what could have happened, I would have thought NZXT would really want to make things right and follow through with promises, but they didn't. They just kind of "half a*sed it" so to speak. I reached out many times just to be pacified for a while until I still heard nothing. Finally, I reached out and asked for the supervisor and they said that's who I was already dealing with. So I said, OK. Who is the next person up? I was told I wasn't allow to know that information. The ** was $2600. I hope it doesn't break for a very long time because I have no faith that this company takes care of its customers. Needless to say, I am never purchasing from NZXT again.

    I ordered this nxzt **** prebuilt on cyber monday of 2022 for my son this has been a great computer so far no complaints hear. Shipping was great all the way to ** I would buy again from this company..

    They are a zero outta five stars. There customer service is awful and I requested a refund since they gave me a broken PC. I don't wanna wait 6 months for a response and tell me I can't get my refund.

    I ordered an item for my PC that turned out to be incompatible so I requested a cancellation literally the same day but I only got a reply when I decided to open chat with them 3 days later only to have the agent tell me we will refund you and 1 day later he says we are sorry it's already shipped then he said we will intercept it and make sure you get your refund **** days and you do not need to do anything from your side, now a week later the item is still on the way and I got zero replies to my 5 emails I sent them
