    I bought a computer that used the Kraken M22 for cooling. The M22 has a known defect that causes it to fail in about a year's time, and mine failed. I talked to tech support to get a replacement, and since this is my work computer, I was told I could to an advance **** where I send them money, they send me a Kraken 120, and when I send the defective M22 back, I get my money back. I was told it would process in three days, when they got my money. I send my money, I wait three days, reply on the email chain that I had sent the money, and complete silence. I talk to tech support again, and apparently nobody had done anything with the ticket. So that CSR says he's starting the process for the **** and that I'll have to wait three more days. I wait four and complete silence. I talk to support again, and they just say they're busy, and to wait two more days. I wait two more days, and NOTHING. This company has a ton of bad reviews on a bunch of sites for unresponsive customer service. I cancelled the **** and I now get to wait 10 days for them to decide whether or not they want to give me money back for the equipment I never received. This company is the worst. Don't buy from them, ever.

    Great products, terrible support. NZXT products are amazing, just order them through Amazon, literally anywhere else other than the NZXT Website. **************** is terrible, assuming they ever even respond! The website also doesn't save sign ins, and the support section of the website signs you out again for no reason.
