      During today's trip to this store (9/29), the cashier verbally tried to overcharge me $10. Twice. This was after she had removed the correct amount from the display screen. The two previous visits I was short changed $5 each time. Fortunately, I caught it, plus filed a complaint for these two occurrences with T.J.'s online form, never to receive a response. It seems they're trying to take advantage of seniors, possibly others, in order to compensate for their shortcomings.

      On 9/26/23 filled out form on Trader Joes website. On 9/27/23 called and spoke with someone at Trader Joes who also filled out a form. Contacted my local Trader Joes store in ******* on 9/26 regarding issue and item was to be pulled off shelf and store was to file own incident report. I was told I would be contacted and have yet to hear from anyone. Bought the mushroom fettuccine meal and I bit into glass shards that were in my food. I took pictures of the shards and packaging as instructed.

      One of your stores has been overcharging on an item. When I told a "manager" he said this won't happen again. So he removed the price tag in the store so that the incorrect price in your system will ring up and a customer can't complain because there is no price tag.So the manager, knowing the price is wrong, just removed any real recourse from a consumer and people will "unknowingly" to them will pay more. But this is known to TJ store managers.Also, it is a shame that you make it so hard to contact corporate. I can contact a store but they won't do anything.

      Since the beginning of the year 4 times at this store I've either not been able to use my *** card at all or they've had problems with things like taking off the tax on water with the *** cards. I've plenty of money on my *** card and no problems anywhere else. They try to blame it on my card but no problems at other stores, even the same day and called DHSH and my card is fine. The first two times wouldn't take the *** card at all, now when it doesn't work it doesn't take off tax or bag fees, etc.

      This complaint is about ******************************* who is the West Coast Regional Director of 26 Trader *** locations. I have been experiencing nearly three years of problems with her employees at Store 23 in their rudeness, and outright "We Don't **** About You As A Customer" attitude. They have not treated me with respect. wwhen I complained to ******************************* the last time we spoke months ago after her store manager, *****************, treaded me horrifically rude in front of the store simply because I said the flowers we purchase there were out of water again. That affects how long they last. What did **** do with his fellow emplyee? ***** at me and call another manager over to rally support for his rudeness! Does ****** care? No! I waited over nine days and she never got back to me when she said she would in no longer than 48 hours. She is UNPROFESSIONAL AND ENABLES ALL OF HER EMPLOYEES TO TREAT THE PUBLIC LIKE WE DON'T HAVE ANY SENSE.I have taken it upon my own expense to visit nearly all of her stores. She doesn't care about the flowers that we are buying from them. All of the stores keep their gladiolas out of water! Their flowers are thrown about and left in the sun without water. We are supposed to buy these? No Way!Trader Joe's corporate office needs to open their eyes to *******************************' s management in the Southwest. Where she may feel relaxed and laid back **********...guess what? She is enabling all of her stores to feel free to do as they please! If she doesn't think anything is a big deal, why should they. WE ARE SICK OF BEING MISTREATED AND DISRESPECTED BY HER STORE EMPLOYEES! I have a hand written card and a receipt for a $60.00 gift card that she sent to me to hush me up! Yes! I have her hand written card with apologies. Yet, this stuff keeps going on up till today!I was in this location today and ***************** was laughing at me behind his desk as I looked at the condition of the gladiolas. They were very poor, plastic/no plastic. Horrible! Help Us T.J.!!!!

      The following complaint is about Trader Joes at ********* on 5/21/2023. In general, my boyfriend and I has been charged twice ($97.31 on his and my bank account). The total of our purchase is $97.31. My boyfriend used Apple Pay and the process was slow. The cashier said the process is slow, should take a while. Then, he told us the payment is unsuccessful. Therefore, I used my Apple Pay. This time the transaction went through. Everything was good until my boyfriend told me his bank notification, which he was charged from Trader Joe's again. I decided to go back and ask the cashier. The cashier called someone else. I don't know his name. I guess he is the manager. My boyfriend told him they charged us twice. He told us to call our bank. They cannot do anything. I felt really confused. You charged us twice and asked me to solve the issue. The part I felt the most uncomfortable was that when I asked him about this issue and show him our bank transactions on our phone, he said "What's your point?" to me very rude. I want to declare my point here. The fact is you charged our twice. My boyfriend and I have two different accounts. I don't know why he assumed we used same account on two different phones. I felt really uncomfortable and discriminated. I hope Trader Joes can take this seriously. Does he only treat us in this manner or he will also be rude to other customers?

      The last 2 times that I have shopped at my local Trader Joe's (********, ** location) they have been selling expired items. Last week, I purchased light sour cream and when I went to use it I found it had expired several days prior to when I purchased it. Additionally, today I purchased 3 packages of "teeny cukes." When I arrived home to and went to have a snack tonight, I opened one of the packages and the cucumbers had substantial mold on them and were slimy. Because of the way they're packaged with a cover, unless you're specifically inspecting them from the sides, you wouldn't notice much in the store. I looked on the bottom of the package to find out that they were packaged on 3/28/23 (that's 19 days prior, no wonder they were moldy.. that's disgusting). Two of the three were from this date and moldy, the third one was packaged on 4/8/2 and looked okay. This is all around unacceptable. Nobody wants to have to check the date on every single item they purchase to make sure the contents are edible nor do people have time to return items routinely due to Trader Joe's oversight. Very frustrating.

      i bought a 3x 1/2 gallon buttermilk from trader joe's located in ******* and main street , ******* because we had my father in law who came to visit us us from ******* ,so we prepared the most famouse moroccan dish: couscous and our tradition dictate that we serve it with buttermilk.one of those 1/2 gallons had a weird phisical hazard that looks likes like a cloth , when i saw it i threw up and by doing that , i just ruined the whole diner. and my father in law is leaving back to ******* and embarassed because i did not have another chance to invite him over i sent i customer complaint to traider **** trying to resolve this matter , but they did not even bother to call me Trader Joe's, ****************************************

      Purchased some potato chips from Trader Joe's brand from Trader Joe's located on *********** in ****** ** and unfortunately it contained excessive amount of salt and made me very sick. Keep in mind that I have purchased this product before and it didn't contain that much salt so I was informed by Trader Joe's store manager that this batch might of been bad and they assured me that their quality control department will investigate and call me back. However later their supervisor name ***** was extremely rude and unprofessional about the whole matter and informed that their quality control department will not call me to make things right. They have a horrible customer service and they don't value their customers and to make matters worse their store captain name *** found the whole thing funny on Yelp because he voted funny on my negative review for them on Yelp. ******** their store supervisor was rude as well and she kept making excuses and till this day I still haven't received a call from their quality department. I would like for their quality department to reach out to me because I like to know what was in their product that made me sick.

      To whom it may concern,My name is a *******************, a loyal customer to ******************. I am big fan of and basically addicted to your butternut squash mac and cheese. I was told by an employee your butternut squash mac and cheese woud be available and in stock throughout the holiday season.Unfortunately today i went to trader joes and was shocked when no butternut squash mac and cheese was available until next year!I'm super bummed and i am requesting more butternut squash mac and cheese for a longer period of time, to help me get through these darker days.Please understand i will continue shopping here at your store! Its just butternut squash mac and cheese is the bomb and i need more of it.Desperately seeking an answer soon!
