I placed an order directly through the company. They used ****** to deliver the products. I've never received the shipment. I requested a photo of the delivery from the company (microingredients) & help with a resolution. They told me to contact ****** who said contact the sender. have always had issues with this companies customer service having to email 3, 4, 5 times before finally getting a response and i am sick and tired of the lack of customer service . I emailed a week ago for a question about a product and i will not keep emailing as it is wasteful of my time and I AM THE PAYING CUSTOMER PAYING FOR the company TO FEED AND HOUSE THEMSELVES AND A SIMPLE QUESTION REGARDING A PRODUCT SHOULD NOT TAKE AN ACT OF GOD TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE! The product took longer to arrive than had been promised. Due to this I requested a refund. I have received no contact from the corporation in reference to this. I did receive the product 28 days after I ordered i therefor I ordered a different product from a different company which I am already utilizing. This company is labeling. Also looks exactly like the other company, but does not have pertinent information such as who makes it where its made or the companies name. I ordered 3 items directly from MicroIngredients. I received the first of three items from Amazon. I received a 2nd of 3 items two days later. The I got an email saying that completes my order. I wrote to the company and haven't received a response. I called the company and just got a pre-recorded message with ALL extensions. I placed an order, order #****** on April 16th. Yes it was that long ago. This company has been exhibiting shipping issues with my past 2 orders, yet this time they decided not to reply to my inquiries in regard to the items that they never mailed to me, yet kept my money for.They shipped my order in two shipments, one arrived almost 2 weeks after my order. This company has the slowest shipping turnaround I know of. The other part of my order, they never brought to **** You can track it and it says, *** never got the package. I inquired about one of their products im using as an ingredient for the certified organic product im developing. I asked before I purchased for the sds sheet and their organic certification to make sure their product would pass for use in my product.( a lot of regulation for Certified organic products) They told me I had to make an order before they would share those documents. I made the order, they sent me a screenshot of half their organic certification but in order for me to use it I need their full organic certification document so I can submit it for my products organic certification. they wont respond or send me they proper documents.Initial Complaint

I ordered two items from microingredients.com in November, 2023. One of the items arrived with no problem, but the other item, despite being marked as "arrived", never showed up. The first item came with a confirmation email as well as an email with a photograph of the item by the doorway of the recipient. The second item had neither, it only showed progress through the internal software of the company. After several emails back and forth, the company finally agreed to a refund for the item not delivered. They claimed that the funds were refunded to PayPal (PP) on Jan 2, ****, but I checked my PP account as well as my bank account for WEEKS and the refund never showed up.I finally emailed the company multiple times to let them know that the refund had not arrived and at their request, spoke with PP, who agreed that the refund was not there. PP told me that the company could provide me with a PayPal Refund Transaction ID which is sent to the refunder any time a refund is given. With this transaction ID, PP could easily track the refund and all would be well. After MULTIPLE emails back and forth, replete with saccharine sweet replies but no resolution, I have yet to receive the refund that I deserve and that the company agreed to provide. I will never do business with this company again and I hope to warn others of their dishonest business practices. The company outright lied to me and gave me the run-around for several months with to this day, no resolution. I would have appreciated it if they hadn't lied and lied with each successive email. In this letter we are notified regarding customer *************************** whom states that she has continuously emailed us about a refund which she has not received. However, please know that we have, in fact, issued the customer a full refund of $51.90 for the (two) bags of Pure Quercetin Dihydrate Powder the customer purchased, which can also be confirmed via the images attached to this message. This refund was issued through PayPal, the customer's original method of payment and should be located under "DPL ************** That said, we sincerely believe the customer has confused us with another supplement company that she has also purchased from, Pure Bulk Supplements. As you may see via the screenshots attached, the customer contacted us via email showing us her conversation with PayPal where PayPal has clearly stated that she has not received any refund from Pure Bulk, which is not us. The customer should be searching for her refund under DPL ************ We hope to have provided you with all information and proof necessary to settle this customer's complaint, as we did issue a full refund under DPL ************ on Tuesday, January 2nd of ****. I am rejecting this response because: I apologize because I wrote the wrong name of the company on my complaint. The company is microingredients.com. Please see attached is the original email from Microingredients.com which proved that I purchased the product. I am also including an email chain that proves the company CLAIMED to have refunded the partial invoice total (which is what I requested, as I NEVER received the product).They had agreed to refund me and continually repeated that in fact they HAD refunded me, but the funds never showed up in my PayPal account and they could never prove that they refunded me the money.
The company continually claimed that they issued the refund to PayPal, the original payment source, however, when I asked them (REPEATEDLY) to give me the PayPal Refund Transaction ID, which PayPal needs in order to find the refund, they continually REFUSED and kept sending me this bogus screenshot of their internal accounting that they said "proved" they had sent the refund.
It is IMPOSSIBLE that they sent me the refund without receiving an email from PayPal confirming the refund to my account. That email holds the PAYPAL REFUND TRANSACTION ID.
If they can provide this transaction ID, then PayPal can issue me the refund they claim to have given.
Again, I apologize because I used the wrong company name when I communicated with PayPal (I said purebulk.com, but I did not have any refunds from anyone in my paypal account), but in any case, microingredients would have this refund transaction ID IF they had actually given me the refund.
