    Ordered oil of oregano with black seed oil supplement they advertise to be pure and avoid other knock off products never received shipping tracking info I emailed them several weeks after order inquiring shipping status order was never shipped they sent shipping info it showed product being shipper from ***** they advertise their product is made in the *** I requested a full refund waiting to receive response I contacted my bank disputing the charge unfortunate experience their advertising is convincing recommend caution if ordering from this business

    I placed an order three weeks ago and have been trying to chase this order down ever since. I have contacted microingredients REPEATEDLY and finally they got back to me at about day 18 after many attempts to find out where my order is and what they can do to intercede.What I found out as they do nothing. They told me it is my responsibility to follow up with the delivery provider, not their responsibility. I asked them for a refund and they wont do anything two help make a bad situation better. **************** is pretty adamant about not going the extra to ensure quality customer service or quality control. They have lost me as a customer forever. I will never order for them from again as three weeks to receive an order is the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced, and this will kill their business. That and the fact that they dont want to make anything right for how long I have waited for these products. Thats the most disturbing thing of all is they have no interest in fixing the problem. BUYER BEWARE!!!You can find you Your nutritional products elsewhere trust my and save yourself the negative experience that I went through.

    Microingredients is selling oxidized products. I purchased MSM plus Vit C. It was off white which I thought was strange it expires in 2026 and has now turned orangebrown. I have reached out to the company and have not gotten any response. I would like my money back. Do not purchase anything from this company. Vitamin C changes colors when it's not good.

    Ingredients list for ********* has a typo: It says KILL OIL. HUGE marketing blunder. I am asking for a refund for a recent purchase, plus I have learned that they may not be doing proper 3rd party testing as they advertise. Very concerned about this brand. I called their customer support line and was immediately told I had won a prize just for calling. I was then rerouted to an automated message asking me to agree to receiving this prize. Something's up here!

    False advertising. They state they test their products for safety, purity, and potency by a 3rd party and that lab results can be requested. When lab results are received, they are for the wrong batch and don't indicate any tests for purity or potency. Also, their safety results indicate arsenic, lead, and other dangerous substances are in the product.
