We had quality conservation service come out and weatherize the house they installed a 13-ft exhaust pipe coming out of the laundry room into the garage and remove the original existing. We didn't realize or know that that pipe had elbows where the lint could not pass through and when our dryer was running it was accumulating a ball of Lent and that caused our dryer to catch fire on the inside and burn the harness. We called to have them come and reevaluate the house when they came back out we moved our packages away from the wall and discovered black mold and a busted wall where the pipe coming out of the garage was clogged. They came out they patched the wall and cut 10 ft of pipe off leaving an open gap on a new smaller exhaust pipe they did not replace the dryer that burnt up because of the 13 ft of pipe and the elbows that trapped the Lent again this is a free service for low income homes I'm not the owner but I lost the dryer another company Staples inspectors came out and failed their work and stated we needed a new wall put in where the black mold is now hiding between the garage and the laundry room also a water heater because ours is in need of replacing and they should replace my dryer because that is what they do or that is what they are supposed to do I called the supervisors it's now been over a month and the supervisors have not replaced my dryer or reached out to me but they stated in a message that I refuse to let him in the house which is the complete lie I want them back at the house because I want them to replace my dryer and to tear down the wall that has the black mold I have several pictures and if they don't fix this I am going to go to court and make a civil case but I have not yet

I qualified for PG&E’s free weatherization program and Quality Conservation Services was assigned to work at my house. I had a working furnace and the door to my water heater was undamaged before they came to do free repairs. Last summer they started repairs on my furnace because it was old and would occasionally turn off by itself. Prior to them coming to my house, my heater worked well enough to keep my entire house in the 70s daily during winter. After multiple attempts of them replacing different parts they determined it was not fixable and that I qualified for a free replacement. They told me they submitted the application for the permit to install my new heater before Halloween 2022. I have been trying to get them to finish the job. My 4 year old son was in a full arm cast for 3 months and unable to get his entire body wet during bath/shower and my house temperature has been in the 40°s-50s inside. When I called crying about this, the employee didn’t care and was giggling with someone in the background. We have gone all winter freezing and our body temperatures have dropped to alarming numbers almost hypothermic. I can’t get them to either replace the heater now. They blame the state of California and say it’s out of their hands waiting on permit. We have no heat and I have a small child here. We are living in an uninhabitable home because they disabled my heater and left us to freeze. They also damaged the door to my water heater and I now have massive water damage inside my house from recent storms. I have an open claim filed with my homeowners insurance. I have called multiple times and still have no heat. They left me with zero paperwork on what has been done at my house. I have been provided with nothing but property damage
