      These people have collected my information several times and nothing has been done. I just had a back and forth with a woman that said I didn't enroll with them when I actually completed enrollment on 10/3/2023 .I completed a 1-40 ready sign and was given an appointment for October 23,2023 9am no one showed ,called or returned my call. I called a number and spoke with a man who said he would contact someone cause he was working from home. I never was contacted and I did a review online. This is the 3rd year I've had this same company call and enroll me and nothing has been done, they're just collecting my information. *******

      Subject: ************ Outage and Unfulfilled Warranty Commitment by Quality Conservation Services I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Quality Conservation Services regarding the installation of *********** strips in my home. Initially, everything seemed fine, but within a month or so, my TV began turning off, seemingly due to the power strips setting a timer. After reaching out to the company, they scheduled a visit, and miraculously, my TV turned back on before their arrival.Months later, the same issue occurred, and this time, my TV remained off for about a month before I contacted them again. Given that I was still within the warranty period (as they indicated), they scheduled a supervisor to come out and address the situation since this issue has occurred the last time l contacted them.During the second visit, the Supervisor (*************************************) acknowledged an exact similar problem with another customer and promised a prompt resolution. He was supposed to reach out to me to provide a status; however, I did not hear anything. I had contacted them the following Monday and their scheduling coordinator had promised to have them call me but nothing. I called again the following day and this time, upon following up, I was dismayed to discover that Quality Conservation Services refused to honor their commitment to rectify the situation.This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I trusted them to enhance, not jeopardize, the functionality of my appliances. Their failure to address the acknowledged problem and refusal to stand by their word has left me with a broken TV and deep frustration. Had they not come out initially, my TV would still be working.I strongly advise potential customers to consider choosing Quality Conservation Services, as my experience reflects a company that does not prioritize customer satisfaction or uphold promises made during service visits.They should be held responsible and uphold their promises!
