    I ordered a Zoom Scooter on July 30, 2023. I was told on the phone that it could take up to one month for delivery. After a month I had not received the scooter. I sent an email inquiring as to where it was. They replied that I would have it between Sept. ****, 2023. When it still had not arrived and sent another email asking as to what was causing the delay. They sent another email saying it would arrive between Oct. ****, 2023. Today is October 24,2023 and it still has not arrived. I have sent another email asking for either delivery of the scooter or a full refund. At this point I don't care. Also, they are not responding to my phone calls or emails. I don't know if I've been scammed or not.

    I ordered an electric moped from Zoom electric scooters back in May 2023 I was told it would arrive to me in 6 weeks. ****** passed never hearing a word so I reached out to be told another story of another 6 weeks back in July. July came and passed again no moped so I again reached out and was told that they have a backlog due to summer and it would be here by September. I gave them until the end of September due to them saying September was very vague. Once again September passed so I contacted them again two weeks ago and stated I wanted a full refund back and they stated they would be happy to and it would take 3 to 6 business days. Well I checked my account today and I havent received any refund from their company. I reached out to them today and they stated they will look into it. I am wanting my money back as they have stated they were going to do and put this nightmare of a company behind me. They told me back in July they would be happy to offer me a discount for my patience and I never received one. They lie they are impossible to reach except text. Can you please help me get the refund that they stated I would get so I can purchase a scooter from a reputable company who keeps their word, sells what they claim to make and actually get the product.

    Billed me for a replacement battery and it has not arrived yet. Waited 3 months and they kept saying it would be in next week ever time I called/texted. These people lie. I am only to get rid of this non working scooter at a recycling center and be done with them. Going to deny charges on my CC

    Zoom will not send registration documents for my scooter. Ive been requesting the *** since Nov 2022. The scooter is useless in my state without MCO document. Send full refund of $1899.

    On April 1, 2021 I ordered a Zoom scooter and paid $1899. I received the scooter but the charger didnt work. I emailed the company numerous times over a 1 year period requesting the charger. **** replied, saying they would send the charger and they kept saying the charger was on its way. I never received it from them after months of waiting and repeated messages from them saying it was on its way. I ended up buying one on Amazon for $60. I started requesting the certificate of origin on Nov 9, 2022 and its the same type service. Many promises to send it and I still havent received it. Their website clearly states that they will send this to buyers upon request. So, now I have a scooter that I can't legally ride. I also can't sell it because I can't obtain a title for it. I would like the manufacturers certificate of origin and Vehicle ID number sent to me or an $1899 refund. I would also like the $60 that I paid for the charger during the warranty period. Thank goodness for the BBB. Please help me resolve this issue.

    I ordered a scooter from this business on December 28, 2022 for $2118.94, rear scooters box for $83.74 and $104.94 for luggage rack. I was promised delivery the beginning to mid February. Its March 3, 2023 and Ive yet to see any of those items. The keep sending generic messages saying is in transit. The company is in ********** and Im in *******. They are obviously lying. I want all I purchased or my entire refund.

    I was excited and order my scooter 22 July 2022. I every so often emailed the company checking on my delivery date. As of today 21 February 2023.

    I purchased parts from zoom electrical scooter on December 5, 2021. They were supposed to be for a Christmas gift I contacted them the day before Christmas and I was informed that it was there busy season and then I would not have them until after. I emailed and Texted them Every week and they just kept telling me ETA was next week **************** told me the parts were finally arriving the week of the 22nd but no parts. I spent over $300 in parts and customer service Would not contact me until I keep inquiring. Poor customer service and still no parts after 2 months. Zoom **************** #************

    Transaction date: 12/15/22 Despute is that I accidentaly ordered their Electric bike. Once I realized the mistake (after trying to do research as to payments etc.) I notified them with two email that night and one the next morning. I tried to call (and have since called twice) only to get their voicemail without once recieving a call back.The amount in dispute is $1,999 ... and I have recived neither confirmtion by email or phone call as to whether the order (#****) was ever canceled. As of the moment of writing this I am expecting that the bike has been shipped to me - and they have NOT kept in conact with me concerning shipment either.Company they use for a financial go-between is Klarna; they had said they had "payment plans" and should I desire to work something out I press the "Buy" button ... and the next thing I discover is NO payment plan but their own ... wipping out my bank account (which sounds like fraud to me).
