    I purchased a ******* Cup got charge over $40 back around August 1, 2024 and still havent received my item and the company hasnt responded

    I ordered a particular dress in July, in hopes of wearing it to a party in early August. I received several alerts that it was being shipped/out for delivery, but then it never arrived. I contacted the company via email, which informed me that it had been shipped from ***** and had just arrived in ***. So, the alerts were wrong. I was bummed I wouldn't receive it in time, but still looked forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, after waiting more than a month, I received a cheap/incorrect item -- i.e., I had ordered a LARGE DRESS and received a SHIRT (i.e., when I tried it on, it didn't even go below my hips). I emailed the company several times. Initially they said they couldn't do anything, then finally they explained that they were now based in *****, and the best they could do was 15% refund (among other unappealing options). This site is a scam across the board, and it's unfair that they keep nearly all of my money for belatedly sending the wrong item.

    I want to cancel my order because they made a ******** Ad with ******* labels on their cups even though I found out they *************************. They lied I want my money back.

    I made a purchase on July 11th and the items were never delivered. I reached out to the company 3 times prior about how to track my package and I get the run around. They send a tracking that shows nothing to be tracked with no movement. The package was never shipped. I then asked for a refund twice after 30 days past. The reply I received this morning was about their shipping policy. The response was seconds later on todays reply so I realized its not even a live person replied. They are not honoring my wishes for a refund. Not even an ok or sorry about the situation and that we will refund your money. The company list their address to be in ********** and the tracking is said to be coming from Ali ******* with no movement. I thought I was shopping from a company in ***. I see two different tracking. One from Shop Pay and one from Grafton. None of the tracking works. This company I believe is a scam!How can I get my money back?

    Order 5127 placed on July 6th. Tracking information has shown the product in ***** for 30 days and now has been in ******** for 8 days. I have reached out to the seller for a refund or to cancel the order, but they have refused even though it is well beyond the time frame that they stated for shipping. (14 days).

    I places 2 orders for a toral of 3 ******* cups order 9896 and order # *****. I did receive order confirmation. I did receive your orders being processed. However it is over 2 weeks and nothing was shipped and there is no way for me to reach the company. I sent them two emails and only received a generic response but have been unable to contact a person or a way to track my order. I lost a lot of money.

    My first purchase was on July 27th, 2024 and its now August 10th. Worldwide shipping can be done by reputable companies in 5-10 business days. At what point do I give up hoping these products will actually arrive? I receive automated messages in reply to my emails and the tracking number tells me nothing. I want full refund for my order.

    I made a purchase from Grafton Collection out of **************** on 6/18/24 #****. I had no idea these products come from *****. My order was never delivered and the tracking always stated waiting for carrier to pick up. I have multiple emails back and forth from the company and they always tell me the same thing. It was shipped. That was always a complete lie because China stated waiting for carrier to pick up. I finally had enough and on 7/24/24 Grafton stated shipping another order Tracking # SDH0032625517 that tracking would be updated. Once again it never happened. Was told if nothing updated by Aug 6th to contact them back, Again multiple emails going back and forth with the same person that seems automated. My package has not moved and says the same exact thing as the 1st order. Waiting for carrier to pick up. I am tired of the run around, I feel they don't ship their products, No reviews to check and I asked for a refund due to it is now 8/7. I was told can't refund due to item processed and shipped. No where on their site does it state items ship from *****. The site says once item processes in 48 hrs your item will be recieved in 5-8 days.To me this is a SCAM to the consumer.

    Ordered three tumblers, on July 2nd was given tracking details. Kept waiting, no product. Called, tracking number changed. Still no tumblers. Tried to cancel order as the gift was now too late ....Sorry it's already been processed. Still no tumblers.....

    I purchased 2 tumblers from this company on 6/24/24. Per their shipping policy, I would recieved my items within 5-8 business days. When I paid my invoice through PayPal, the business name came up as Comfy Bedsheets not Grafton Collection. They claimed to have shipped my items (from ******* not even possible to receive in 5-8 business days if coming to the **). They continue to send me the same tracking number, which has not been updated since the day it was created. It is now a month later and I still havent received the items. This company is a huge scam and I am out of close to $90, which they wont refund.
