    I've been very unhappy with the trajectory of this purchase. The initial purchase was made on April 29th. After getting (presumably) lost in transit, Grafton reshipped the product on June 2nd and it arrived on June 20th.The advertising on this page is fraudulent, which is plain from a number of perspectives.1) Comparing the pictured product with what actually arrived: The advertisement picture has clearly been touched up to look like real gemstone, including making it appear textured like rock and stone. Additionally, the actual product has a metal insert that is not pictured in the advertisement at all. 2) The embedded video on the product page: The video is a looping demonstration of people cutting gemstone and using water tools to carve it into a mug. What arrives is plastic with a metal insert.3) The specifications on the product page say it can hold 12oz to 15oz. This is about 1.5 cups to ***** cups. In actual fact, the insert holds less than 1 cup. If the insert is removed, it holds MAYBE 1 cup exactly.I have never been so unsatisfied with a purchase. Never.

    I received an item that did not match the description advertised (different colors). I reached out to the company to return the item for a full refund. They informed me they recently moved their distribution center overseas and no longer provided return shipping. I explained in a series of more than 10 emails that the item sent was incorrect and their error. They refused to fully refund the item or cover the shipping to get it back to their warehouse. They then proceeded to gaslight me and say the color was the same but the lighting could cause discrepancies. Complete scam and horrible customer service. Do not order.

    Ordered mineral mugs they dont look like the advertisement, I cant get anyone to respond to the emails that Ive sent. This is a horrible product will never purchase anything from this site ***** ***** another customer taken advantage of of

    I ordered the crystal mug as a gift for my adult son. When it arrived after a month, it was a plastic piece of garbage. Emailing them is like going around and around in circles. Do not purchase anything from this company

    I too was scammed by this company just like these other people. Do not order the Crystal mugs, they are plastic pieces of c*** I have sent 10 emails and keep getting the runaround so now I am out $62!

    I ordered two of these mineral mugs from them. They weren't cheap. But what was received was very cheap and it was a Christmas gift for someone and I was so very embarrassed when they got them over a month later. I have tried emailing them at least 20 times with no reply. I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere. I am so humiliated and furious. Don't ever buy anything from that company. I gave a one star because there wasn't a zero star. They need to be shut down.

    This company steels images of products by true artisans and then when the items is purchased they send a nasty plastic piece of junk. They state the company is a USA company but this is also a lie. They have a California address for the site, a Georgia shipping address but this is all to hide the fact they are based in *****. So when your husband wants to get something nice and special, then gets duped by this company. They want us to ship it to ***** which is double the price of the original order. Stay far away and since I can't do anything other than this review I will be going to social media.

    Website says ************. When i received my mug it was a hand painted cheap piece of plastic. They are fake. This is false advertising. ***** on this company! When i contacted them, they acted like they were surprised it's not real. They did not offer to refund my money.

    I bought 4 of these mugs for Christmas gifts and they are complete trash. Nothing like what is advertised. I am going around in circles w their ZEN DESK that they stand by the products. I've sent pics of what l received that look like they're hand painted by a 5 yr old. I want a refund!! Stay away it's all trash w zero customer service. Shame on them.
