    I ordered something from grafton two months ago and it still hasnt came in yet. I hate scamming websites and I want my money back before I sue or have my stuff delivered.

    I placed an order for a crystal mug. Their website says the mug is made of crystals, and the picture on their website is of that. The mug received was a small painted plastic mug. I reached out to return the item for a full refund, and they are not responding.

    The quality is not what I was expecting and no longer want the item. Refunds are stated to be easy and I received an email that I would have to send the return at my own expense to the warehouse on *****.

    11/25/2024, ordered 2 "gemstone mineral crystal mugs" from ******************************, a company from *************, **. The merch was shipped from ***** to ** where it was then shipped to me via ****, received on 12/17/2024. The company presents itself online as if it's warehouse is in **, which it is not. The merchandise received looks nothing like the photos/descriptions on the website. Furthermore, the return policy on the website states that a return shipping label will be provided for returns that are requested within 30 days. I requested a return the same day the merch was received. There is no customer service phone number, only an email. On 12/21/2024, a *** named Vi (yet coming from "*******" at ZenDesk) sent a ***ly with explicit return instructions that are different from what is outlined on the website. They want me to pay to ship their junk merchandise to *****. I responded with an offer to send it back to their California address. I've sent 2 follow up emails and have not received any response. I have since opened a dispute with my credit card company, which is currently pending investigation. This company has deceptive business practices and is not operating with integrity.

    Good morning , I made a purchase 11/11 from a company thats listed in ** but apparently is shipping out of freaking China !!! I still to this day have not received my daughters cup and at this point I want my full refund this makes no sense , when I originally contacted them they lied for a month the product did not go out until I notified pay pal Dec 2 I want my money back you can keep the cup

    I bought seven mineral mugs from Grafton Collections and have not received any information on my orders. I believe I got scammed.

    They are only offering 20% refund, store credit or I pay the the shipping when I clearly says the will pay the shipping with a full refund. I would not have ordered otherwise.

    I ordered crystal coffee mugs on Nov 29, 2024. I seen the ad on ******** and then went to the website for the mugs. On the website they had a video of the mugs being made from crystals. I looked for reviews and had found no negative reviews so I placed an order. The next morning reviews came up on ******** of customers showing the actual mugs from when they received them. The mugs were not made of crystal but instead made of a hard rubber or plastic. I contacted them at that point to cancel the order since it hadn't shipped. They responded before it shipped but would not cancel the order. I received the order on the Dec 9, 2024. I immediately contacted them again to start the return for a refund. I have not heard anything from the company since.

    I placed an order and immediately notice a second item was added to my order that I didn't want. I emailed numerous times right after placing the order. 3 days later a response that the order had already been processed and shipped unable to help. I'm still waiting on the order and the tracking number # SDH0066209786 says it's in ******** as of yesterday. Emailed them again for assistance. No response at all. At this point I feel that I've been scammed and will be stuck with counterfeit products. This has to be illegal.
