      Horrible experience with Sunbasket.We have been members for over a year, paying around $100 a week for meals without any pauses in our membership. Obviously very loyal. We reached out to customer service to ask what our options were for pausing for 1-2 weeks while we were out of town. They didnt read our email. Their response said no problem, Ive gone ahead and cancelled your membership.When we called to rectify the situation we were told no account existed under our name/phone number/email address. We asked if there was any way it could be recovered so we could have our membership and all of our meal preferences / a year of order history. They told us no. The only solution was to make a new account. They offered no help or additional care. We reached out to their texting service, wondering if maybe talking to someone else might help. We received the same response. We asked if they could submit a tech ticket to locate our information and were told no. We were told the issue would be elevated to a manager and never heard back from a member of their team. We submitted a request online via the contact us form - they also never responded to this. I have no words for how much we have tried to give this company our money and continue our business and they have done everything to reject us. This was a terrible experience after a wonderful year of meals and delivery. Incredibly sad - we will be looking elsewhere.

      Beware of Scam Basket! They sent me a box with moldy vegetables, mainly carrots. They also debited my account immediately for a Thanksgiving box I tried to cancel last week. At first they denied they had charged me, then they admitted they did after I sent them a screenshot of the $159.99 charge. I still don't have my money back a week later. I've tried texting their customer service (you can only text, not call them directly) but they have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. I don't expect to get my money back at this point, but I wanted to warn everyone of their unethical business practices. Do not do business with Scam Basket or you will regret it!

      I tried one order from Sunbasket and ended up throwing most of it away. It was very little value for the money.I had already set my account to skip upcoming weeks and canceled my account. Several days after canceling, I received a notification that I was receiving another shipment. I checked and my credit card had been charged AFTER I had already canceled even thought the week had already been set to skip.Low quality product and poor customer service. I am in the process of trying to get a refund.

      Our experience with Sunbasket has been nothing short of a nightmare. We initially signed up for their service using the wrong email. When we contacted Sunbasket to correct this mistake, instead of simply changing the email, they created a new account without notifying us. Under their instruction, we went through the tedious process of re-ordering, completely unaware that this was a new ****************************** failed to cancel the old account, resulting in multiple unwanted shipments arriving at our home. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, their customer service was utterly unhelpful. We spoke with several agents who directed us to email support, leading to a frustrating week of back-and-forth communication with no resolution. Their idea of compensation? An insulting $20 credit.Sunbaskets incompetence and lack of transparency are staggering. Their refusal to cancel the old account or refund us for their mistake is nothing short of fraud. This company is defrauding customers over shipping and delivery, and their awful service, principles, and corporate culture make it clear that they do not value their customers at all.Avoid ********************** at all costs. The frustration and financial loss are simply not worth it. REFUND US!

      Sunbasket is using my email to send unsolicited messages. I have asked nicely since their unsubscribe option is a scam. I will NEVER buy anything from them. Please make them delete my email address.I would give zero stars but not possible

      I am currently being charged as if Im ordering from this company. I havent used Sunbasket in over two years. This is criminal activity on their end. Dont give your credit or debit number to this company. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

      I am now on the phone holding for ***************** This will be about the 10th call to this company. I gave my sister a gift card in December of $100.00 and she has been trying to take advantage of this service since that time. We have been provided multiple stories about what happened to the gift card but the most egregious is that that are insisting that they refunded it to my credit card. I cannot find this refund nor have they provided any proof. e-commerce should dictate that they have written proof of the refund to my financial institution so that I can address the matter with them if that is the case.
