  I do not understand why this website is still up and why we are redirected to them when trying to contact an airline. This is definitely a scam, they charged me $350 to do a name change that was free! I had a bad feeling and called a different number that was the actual airline who I explained the situation to and told me that it was free. I called the number back and spoke to the same person who pretended to be a different operator, I asked for a refund and like I read from another person here, they threatened to cancel my reservation. I told them if they dont want to issue my refund, I will dispute. I then get a call saying they issued my refund, I asked for a confirmation number which they didnt have so we will see. I disputed the charge regardless. I hope this website gets closed down because this is not okay.

  Do not use this business whatsoever. They are a fraudulent company posing as reputable airlines to steal your money. Now three months later after my bank was not successful in proving the scam I am still out my ******. Now I can't feed my family this week. Shut this down BBB!!!

  I had made reservations and paid for 2 tickets with ********* Airlines website for myself and another person. That person called me a day before the departing flight and advised that he had Covid. I called ********* a day before flight to find out what my options were. Without knowing,,,,,I was redirected to AirTripAdvisor who advised me that I could pay a $150 cancellation fee and I would then have credit of $300 for another ticket for 2 years. I was sent a confirmation email from AirTripAdvisor. I assumed that AirTripAdvisor was a 3rd party ********* used as email documentation had ********* Airlines branding. I called a couple of days later to use the credit to book another flight for this other person and was charged an additional $187. to book flight with credit. I assumed all OK. A day before flight this person could not check in so I contacted same number and they advised that there was no reservation for this person. They advised I should contact ********* Customer Service to find out what happened but I should book another flight though them because there were only a couple of seats left. Something didn't sit right so I hung up. I ended up booking on ********* Airlines website. directly I contacted my bank to report fraudulent charges. Be careful when contacting ********* Airlines as they somehow redirect you to this company who is a scam company.

  Total Scam!!! They posed as ****** Airlines Rep charge my card for a flight change and then charge for an additional ****** for an extra fee. Please be careful.

  This airline is aweful. Kept my money and the day that we were supposed to fly out we get to the airport and getting ready to get our bag checked in and they can't find it, so I call airtrip advisor and allegiant and they said my ticket was now just canceled and said they suspected fraud half hour before we were gonna go to our gate. They refunded the $250 dollars now just waiting for them to refund my $562. I called them ******** no one has gotten back to me. But I'm getting my money back.
