    I choose this rating because ***** * **** was both good help to me and very patient being it took me some time to reply. I was concerned about me not able to get my boost but **** explained to me why I couldn't which is understandable

    They approved me for $50. They had no problems getting their money back. When I tried to get another loan, they had multiple problems. I had to re-verify everything, which I did. Loan went through. I paid it back on time. The next time, it was the same process. Seems they want you to go through the same process to verify your bank each time, but they never have a problem getting money from your account. Funny how it is verifiable when they are getting their money but not verifiable when you need a loan.

    A time of Need When I was in a time of need. I was help with someone that was able to help me. even know we where texting they seem caring and understanding.

    Had an ongoing issue with these people not resetting my earrings after they had been paid back and got all of their fees. I gave them personal information almost weekly and still was denied my earrings with no reason given. Absolutely ridiculous!!
