    Excellent company!!! They have been so super helpful! I would never use a bank that I cannot walk in if something went wrong, however this one I did, and they've been really great! Give them a try! You can also save money within their app as well!

    ******* was absolutely wonderful. She was kind. She was quick and efficient. She made sure to explain to me why things were happening. And she made sure to have me check if the issue was updated on my side before she ended the chat. That's huge. Other companies will just end the chat and if the issue isn't resolved, you're out of luck. This interaction made me love Earnin more.
