    I have been charged $55.08 annually for a subscription since 2023. I do not utilize this service and I am requesting a full refund of these charges. I have attempted to reach Studypool support by phone and email with no success.

    This company is impossible to get ahold of or find anyone contact information to talk to someone. Have sent multiple emails to the contacts information online but haven't received a response. I would like a subscription canceled that I was unaware of and associated to one of our credit cards. I would like a full refund. Again, I'm not able to get into the site to try and cancel and I can't get ahold of the company. The only number for them is disconnected.

    I just subscribed to your subscription and did not find what I was looking for and would like a refund. I subscribed with the idea that there was a 100% money back guarantee, however when contacting the support agent I was informed that that was not the case even though it is advertised on the subscription selection screen. I am very dissatisfied and would like to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund of the paid month.

    ************************** claims that it takes 72 hours to cancel a subscription. Mind you, they took 1 second to process my payment. A payment and a subscription are two separate systems. Forcing people to wait 72 hours to cancel a subscription is called a dark pattern in the form of Forced Continuity. By engaging in these deceptive practices, Studypool *** is currently violating the following laws:FTC Act (15 U.S. Code 45 - Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices)The "Negative Option Rule" (16 CFR Part 425)Restore Online Shoppers Confidence Act (ROSCA - 15 U.S.C. 84018405)Digital Services Act ******************** Protection Regulation (GDPR)Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs)I attempted to contact their customer support that had a wait time of "a few minutes". 50 minutes later, I have yet to receive a response. I can only assume they are hoping that I forget about this and hopefully leave my subscription active for another month. The fact that BBB has this company rated so high is a testament to how well the BBB vets the businesses they endorse.

    I would like my subscription canceled. I would like a 2 month refund. I'm not able to get into the site to try and cancel and I can't get ahold of the company. The only number for them is disconnected.

    Following the cancellation of my subscription, StudyPool has been charging me monthly for a subscription. My subscription was cancelled in August 2024, and each month on the 12th I am charged anything from $30-$32. I received an email back from StudyPool stating that yes my subscription was cancelled but that I have not been charged since (which is a lie, I have bank account statements proving otherwise). This amount adds up to almost $160.

    I paid for a subscription for $65.30. The service did not meet my needs. One week after subscribing I canceled and requested a refund. The company states that the service is non refundable. Prior to subscribing there is no way to tell if the information on the website (the product) will be useful or not. In my case, the product is not useful.

    I got the month membership to unlock a study document that ended up being a falsely titled document that was inaccurate and want my money back. I also tried to cancel the membership but there's an unethical message stating that I have to wait 72 hours. I have never heard of that before for any company. I want my card information erased, the subscription canceled, and my full refund.

    I recently submitted an assignment to be completed in 15 days on the 15 day the person cancelled. So within 24 hours I had to assign another person which was lesser because I ended up completing what I needed done and letting the person make edits. I have over $200 on my account and I no longer want to use the site the first time this happened to me I let go and tried to support this business but Im not interested in this site anymore and want my money withdrawn and I contacted support and they want to say I cant withdraw my money because I used 100 to rehire someone but I still had over 200 left and I had not needed a turn around I would have never used the site again.
