      I absolutely love this company and all their staff members! Very professional! They did a great job, renovating both our bathrooms. Everything went without a hitch! I can truly say they have honesty and integrity! I highly recommend this company!

      My insurance company has been an absolute nightmare for the past year, but BIG has been right there helping out the whole time in any way they can. Every single person that has stepped foot in my house wearing a Builders Innovation Group shirt has been nothing, but professional, informative and kind. We’re almost done and everything looks fantastic. Big(no pun intended) thanks to Sarah, Jordan, Jimmy, Ethan, Dustin, Raul, Alana, LaVette, Nicole and many more people who have worked tirelessly on this project! Jordan and his right hand Sarah even took time to stop what they were doing(along with two other gentlemen) and meet with me in person to explain and clarify things to me when I was clearly frustrated with how things were going just so we could all be on the same page. Thanks again guys! I would definitely recommend them as the work they do is quality work done right, but just as important they provide excellent customer service which is often forgotten about in this industry and truly makes a big difference in a stressful situation like not having a kitchen for a year while I fight with my insurance company!

      From day one we received great customer service. Our project manager Ed was upfront with pricing. We never had any hidden fees or up charges. Jordan, the owner was very personable. He ensure we received white glove service every step of the way. He even came by the house to ensure we were receiving quality work. Christian and Dustin worked on our kitchen and I am very please they did. They are truly the A team. The vast experience showed in their level of craftsmanship. I was very pleased with our custom cabinets and our countertops. The little details really added personality to our kitchen. We couldn't be any happier at how smooth this process was. I would recommend B.I.G. to anyone looking for great customer service and high quality craftsmanship.
