  If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful company. Used them as an epc for our jobs for about a year. Payouts were always late and it was always a battle to get our money. Fast forward to the present and they owe us thousands of dollars. And we have no way to get our money as they ignore and block every one of our attempts for contact. We have customers stranded with broken or insufficient systems and no way to help them out because of the immaturity and unprofessionalism of good energy. Do not use this company. Stay far away from them. ******* and ******* are snake oil salesman with no morals and crappy integrity.

  After seeing the process start to finish on a job I referred to this company, I am extremely disappointed in them.There was 0 support throughout the process, they did a shoddy install that left many broken tiles and damaged my clients garage, they REFUSED to respond, answer phone calls, answer emails, until my client refused to confirm the loan so Good Energy wouldnt get paid. Only at that point, did they finally come back out to fix the damage.Since then, as *** and I had a contractual agreement as the referrer, they have completely ignored me and the client, and refused to issue the contractually obligated payment.I will be moving forward with legal action in addition to warning as many people as myself and my team are able, to stay away from Good Energy. .

  I would like to write review about this company. From the beginning, this has been a total nightmare. We have been waiting for our solar since March, and it just got installed this past month. This is after constant problems with the electrical work done on our house. They left our job with a breaker system that is unsafe and on top of it, it looks like my 8 year old could have done a better job with the wires in the breaker box. When you question their work, Brandon gets EXTREMELY defensive and is threatening. Trust me, we have the texts to show. All we wanted was proper customer service to fix an "unsafe problem in our house that THEY created. Because Brandon is very irrational, threatening and frankly very RUDE to his customers, he decided leave the job as uncomplete and the threats continued. We now have to pay to have the breaker box be completed safely from a certified electrician. I urge anyone looking to hire Good Energy to run fast and use a company who does work that is appropriate and meets "industry standards" as Good Energy does work far from it.

  Dear Community, We are writing this in response to the recent concerns and criticisms raised raised by Katy and her husband about our company and the services we've provided. It's important for us to clear up some misconceptions and provide a balanced perspective. Almost two months ago, we installed a solar system on Katy's home. However, despite passing the necessary inspections and fulfilling the stipulations of our agreement, Katy has refused to release the funds for the project. There were issues raised about damage to a Jacuzzi, but upon investigation by a professional, it was determined that the Jacuzzi's malfunction was due to a faulty sensor, unrelated to our installation. This is just one example of the many accusations. Unfortunately, Katy has also involved several electricians who have interfered with our work. Despite these difficulties, our team has consistently addressed Katy's concerns. We have responded promptly to her late-night issues and have made multiple visits to her property. However, despite our efforts and her solar system being fully operational for weeks now, Katy still refuses to release our payment. We have financial obligations related to the labor, equipment, and other costs that went into the construction of Katy's solar system. As much as we'd prefer to resolve these situations amicably, we have reached the point where we've had to consider legal options to recover the payment due to us. This is the "threat" Katy is referring to. This is not a step we take lightly, and is a last resort after exhausting all other options. This incident does not reflect our standard business practices. We hold our customers' satisfaction in the highest regard and always strive to ensure a positive experience. While we regret that our relationship with Katy has reached this point, it's important for us to also protect our business interests and uphold the contractual agreements we enter into. We appreciate the understanding and continued support of our community. We remain dedicated to providing excellent service and ensuring that all our customers are satisfied.   Good Energy Group has taken the time to explain the solar process to us from the start to finish. They gave us a realistic time frames of each step. Getting our system up and running with Edison has taken longer than usual but we are now just waiting on them. Good experience

  Recently inquired about Solar for our home and Good. Energy Group was the quickest and easiest solutions to our increasing electricity bill with Edison. They have a very hardworking installation crew on all ends of the spectrum. Would highly recommend them above all your other Solar quotes. Thanks again to Good. Energy Group!!!

  Brandon and the crew were five star. There's always hiccups on every job and they handle them like a champ. I researched for months for the best solar and got plenty of different quotes. These guys came out on top in all areas. Don't let somebody rip you off for solar there's all kinds of people quoting it out there and shooting for the stars these guys are reasonable and they serve you like companies are supposed to. Buyers beware you will get a good deal at this company.

  Good Energy Groups has managed to make a once stressful COSTLY process smooth sailing for my business as well as my clients. I could never provide the level care and support without having them as our EPC Partner.   This company is completely dishonest with how they sell solar starting with Kenny G*****. We were told one monthly price and then find out we have to pay 30% of the total cost... (about 13k) within 18 months or the price goes up from $131 to $190 a month. We were also misled about the solar tax credit.. they were calling it a " refund". As for installation it went ok but they left a lot of trash in my yard I had to clean up... overall I would rate them a zero for thier shady selling practices... lessened learned I guess.

I would like to clarify Kenny is not an employee of Good Energy Group. Kenny is a sales rep for one of many organizations we are partnered with to sell our solar contracts. We have a rigorous procedure for our sales partners to follow when selling our contracts. The proposal that was presented to you and the funding contract that you signed through concert finance breaks down the amortization schedule for your solar loan. With all this being said, a bad review goes further than a good one, and we care about our reputation. The federal tax credit is a dollar-for-dollar tax credit that can be claimed over the next few years. Although this tax credit is not guaranteed, MOST homeowners can work it one way or another.
