      They wrongfully towed my vehicle, and I was charged $490. Id like not only a refund , but for this business at this specific location and all employees involved to face the proper consequences. ****** and ****** are the names of the workers that spoke to me very rude and handled my situation with the utmost disregard.

      On 03/16/25 at 10:30 my car was towed by All Brauns Towing. Reason they said was fire lane. I parked my entire vehicle before the No parking sign Fire Lane per CVC 22500.1 The curb was not painted and marked per the CVC so there is not an established fire lane. When I disputed the tow. Company stated it within 15 feet of the sign. 5-7 feet away is a 2 hour parking sign. I was forced to pay 430.00 for them to release my vehicle. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they told me to email them for a supervisor. I was emailed back but not excepting CVC law instead sticking to there criteria. This company states they provide parking enforcement but have no legal authority to do so.

      This is the second vehicle that has been towed in my designated parking spot at my apartment complex. My parking spot measures 6 feet 5 inches in width, that excludes 2 poles with a 3 inch cement lip which brings the width down to 6 feet and 1 inch. All other parking spots in the apartment complex are above 8 feet. The first vehicle towed was a truck that we now know we can no longer park there. The second vehicle towed is a small acura sedan. Tow truck driver states it is still possible to park closer to the poles when my tires are over the line. My vehicle is 6 foot in width. Lastly the parking spot neighboring mine isnt designated to anybody and is always unoccupied.

      I live in ********. I reside at ********* at *********. They have a parking policy no visitor parking and no tenant parking for residents without office registration and sticker for windshield. All must be visible. I have a handicap sticker which I place to be seen at all times. My car is parked in the same place everyday. Once before they towed my car for the exact same reason. Again my braking system destroyed.The repairs were made curtesy of AAA. The employees who patrol the lot knows my car they see it everyday. Months has passed. December ****** I am leaving home with my son for a birthday party and my car is gone. Instantly I telephoned the towing company. With great pride he tells me they have my car. I speak of the past and he says you still havent learned. If you get your car today its 600 hundred it goes up ******************************************************************************** b****** I arrive to retrieve my car. No one is there I call. The person on the phone ask me did I make an appointment. I explained I had told him in our last conversation I was on my way. One hour later a person shows up. He takes me to see my car and handicap sticker on seat. He explains to guy on phone he would like to release car with no charge. Person on phone says if I do it for her I must do it for all. I pay I get in car take off less than 100feet from storage my brakes lock car will not move. Employees of company get in their cars and leave me and my mother and son .We are on the back roads freezing limited lights. They asked nothing offered nothing. Left us alone on the dark roads in the middle of nowhere until tow truck from *** arrived. The mechanic at *** told us they dragged the car then lifted it up to store it to be towed. Bending the s**** that controls the system. This is very costly 2023 ***. I spoke with towing company they say, they dont treat or speak to people like that .I have the video.The videos will not send. Give me a chance to show.

      Predatory Towing Practices

      We have lived in this Pacific Terrace HOA for well over a decade, this towing situation has only been present recently. Previously we have parked behind our garage where is it not blocking any roads or route. (Weve done this only a couple of times- when we are absolutely desperate for a parking) this usually occurs in the middle of the night. However recently we parked our van behind our garage with the parking permit and this towing company approached our vehicle suspiciously and very discretely. Once or twice in the past pacific terrace has given us a warning to refrain from parking there without a permit. The times in which our vehicle was towed include the hours of 11pm -2am- in these hours of the night when we cannot find parking anywhere in our neighborhood we decided to park behind our garage for safety reasons. Our van has been towed twice in the middle of the night and both times we have had to come up with $500 in total $1000. The manner in which they sneak up and take our vehicle is unethical. Unfortunately we have reason to believe this towing company is targeting immigrants and minorities. When we went to pick our vehicle up, we tried to record our vehicle where we saw visible damage to our vehicle however the employee who we were talking to got in front of our vehicle and stopped up from recording. They refused to give us their names or their supervisors name. I hope you are able to help us out and stop these guys from conducting unethical and immoral business.Thank you.

      8/29/2024 All Brauns Towing ************, *******************************, the drivers of this company drive around private Apartment complexes and tow away cars I call it steal car from innocent hard working people and extort hundreds of dollars as fines to hand over the tenants cars , usually overnight or not even seconds, they catch us residents off guard, we had to miss our work to resolve the issue and get back our car hey took away, loss of work, wages and stress we went through unaware of what to expect. After the amount of stress my family went through, read the yelp reviews and came across similar complains from so many innocent victims, and still no one has taken any action, my son said he was being watched by these drivers and targeted ,we are being watched, harassed and targeted by this company drivers, and extorted hundreds of dollars from so many residents each day, some matters are resolved at midnight in shady looking offices, or on the week ends when the apartment complex offices are closed.

      All Brauns Towing towed my guests car within a 20 minute time. It happened so fast we beat the tow truck to the yard. The driver was rude and hostile. Held the vehicle hostage until we paid $480. The driver shared this is how they make money towing peoples cars in front of their home! My guest was not in a red zone. No signs posted nothing. No warning! Not blocking anything clearly in front of my home. They can just tow with no justification and steal your money.

      My car was towed from ************ and blacow rd by All brauns towing company. My vehicle number is 9EQK378 White Subaru.The towing company did not comply with proper Signage requirements at your property. Clearly the signs were not visible or purposefully kept in a way that you miss it and they were not installed properly at the entrance. This is a violation and not in compliance with the city requirements.The city of ******* clearly mentions that Signs must be posted at all entrances. (I have attached a video and photos ) Signs must be unobstructed and clearly visible. You can check their website - under signage requirements ******************************************************************************************************* I have attached the pictures of your property and the towing company made a mistake then I will give you the opportunity to rectify this by asking them to refund my money of 550$.

      On Sunday 8/4/2024, i fell prey to predatory towing by the All ***** Towing Company. They patrolled around my neighborhood to look for cars to tow. This have happen multiple to residents in the neighborhood. The **************** when i called was extremely rude and does not wan to provide any information to me at all and issued me an ultimatum "If you dont want to pay then you are not getting your car. I have CCTV footage from my neighbor that they were patrolling the area and looking for cars to tow. I was forced to pay and picked up my car the following day on Monday 8/5/2024 and i received an invoice when i paid. On the invoice the time that my car was reported and the time the towing car came is less than 1 minute that have pass. This company have a reputation of predatory towing.

      On August 2nd 2024 I walked out to where my car was parked and discovered my vehicle had been towed without merit by All Brauns Towing Company on ***************************** ca *****. I called the company to get further details but I was met with an aggressive tone and resistance. The representative told me to come to the office for more information. Once at the office I didnt receive a clear breakdown of fees. I was told this is what you owe and thats it I asked for a manager and the representative responded we dont have one. I found this comment to be sketchy. I ended up paying an unreasonable amount for my car to get released. I payed $425. Once I received my vehicle I inspected and notice damage on the driver side of my vehicle. I complained to the representatives and was told they cannot take a complaint and to file with my insurance company. I find this business to be very predatory. Based on their current reviews on ****** I am not the only victim. This company needs to be held accountable for their illegal towing, ridiculous fees and professionalism. This has caused me great financial burden.
