    S**** *****, W****** *****, and the staff at Weber and Associates went above and beyond to help my wife and me. They stuck with our case for over a decade, patiently answering our questions and concerns during a difficult and seemingly unfair situation. The team kept us informed about any new developments and promptly returned our calls, ensuring we understood the process and didn't feel helpless. During a time when even some family and friends were not there for us, Scott, Whitney, and their team were. Thanks to their help, we can now access the assistance we need and look forward to brighter days. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of legal assistance.

    I’ve call this office several times to settle a medical debt. Someone answers the phone but doesn’t not response or the phone call is sent straight to voicemail . I have not received a call back either. They have terrible service.

    Consumer's payment was processed 9/14/2022 and we never received any voice messages. Her account is closed.

    Completely rude. I almost got hung up on for “arguing” with my acct manager all because I was asking clarifying questions about my acct and how they lumped together two SEPARATE collection charges together and eliminated the 90 day grace period I have before it affects my credit. For a business to threaten hanging up on a client because they’re asking clarifying questions is ridiculous and to run a business being that rude and giving that much attitude from 2 different reps I talked to in the same call is baffling to say the least. Worst part about it is one of them was a manager talking rude and disrespectful then trying to turn it on me. Saying “we don’t have to discuss our business practices with you” when I ask a clarifying question is wrong on so many levels especially from a manager. Their score needs to be much lower from the looks of other reviews.

    Our reps job is to explain all the details about the consumers' account which our rep did explain thoroughly enough for the consumer to enter into a payment plan. When a rep is asked questions about the internal workings of the company they are not required nor equipped to respond and justifiably could not answer those questions from the consumer.
