    I bought a car about 6 months ago and paid for registration and sales taxes through the loan. To this day, I still have not received my plates and registration. Ive been paying insurance and car note for 6 months on a car I cant legally drive. The way everything has been handled has been so unprofessional, always making excuses, leaving me with vague responses, and a lot of times not even responding to my requests. Now theyre saying they want me to self register? After 6 months!!This is pretty ridiculous, its my second purchase with Woodside and its been a nightmare. If I have to never buy another super car just to not deal with Woodside again, then Ill do that.

    been to wait for registration and plates, especially after six months.

    Our team has been working diligently to resolve this with
    Harris County, which has experienced significant processing delays. While we
    initially recommended walking in the paperwork to expedite the process—a faster
    route that unfortunately wasn’t pursued at the time—we respect your decision to
    proceed differently.

    Since then, the state rejected the paperwork due
    to missing documentation from the dealer. We've already taken steps
    to correct this: the form has been requested from the dealer, and our team is
    contacting the county directly regarding the VIN inspection. Once we receive
    the required documents, we will promptly re-submit them per your preference.

    We know this situation has been frustrating, and we’re doing
    everything we can to get this resolved quickly. We also appreciate our recent
    phone call, where you expressed understanding of the process ahead and
    acknowledged the effort being made.

    on the 10th month of 2024 i paid off my collector vehicle loan and woodside credit mailed me my vehicle title. they did not sign the title and notarize it to release the lien before sending.i now have the vehicle sold and the new purchaser is having a tough time getting them to fed ex the title and return it to them. they are making it extremely difficult to get in touch with them.

    I applied to this company for refinancing *********** its been approved Loan with some other Bank as a lease and I wanted to buy the car with Woodside. Last time I applied they denied me told me that my credit needs a house loan to support me too buy a car, but this time I bought the car with another lender. Also I bought a house. I had Previous expensive cars before My credit score is very high limits are high on my credit card i have no balance My credit is seven years old and im a business owner I have all my papers and financials They always end up telling me My credit is very short history and they cant approve me when i got approved for my house my 399000$ car while puting 100k down there is equity on the car and theyre still not refinancing and i follow there advice but i guess lies I think financial should matter and there has to be a good reason for rejection

    Woodside has failed to release lein and deliver title (pink slip) after full payment. The loan has been paid in full for months now. According to CA DMV, Woodside has not released the lein. Repeated calls to to Woodside (********************* specifically) have failed to resolve the problem in spite of repeated assurances. Now my calls are being sent to voicemail, and I am not receiving a call back. Emails are also not responded to. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME FOR ME, AND I SEE OTHERS COMPLAIN OF THIS TOO

    I am rejecting this business response because I do not want to close this case until there is resolution of the situation i.e. I recieve full title form the DMV.  there responses to date has been appropriate and welcome, but the issue is not yet fully resolved.  Until that happens the complaint is open.  When I receive the title I will close out the complaint

    Woodside has failed to deliver title (pink slip). The loan has been paid in full for months now.     Applied for auto financing They denied the loan, so i called to ask as to why. They lied and said i had derogatory marks in my credit. I went a paid to pull my credit and score was 801 with 0 marks. So i called back with my husband to offer them the report And see if we can do anything about the loan approval. But *****, was very rude answered no questions and spoke and acted in a weird way because i was Armenian. She pretty much indirectly said we were denied due to my nationality.

    Woodside Credit LLC Loan Application: ****** Requesting ECOA notice and statement of specific reasons for application denial under 12 CFR ****.9(b) for an auto finance loan submitted by corporate surety ******************************* on 1/22/24 . Completed application was submitted on the woodside credit website as evidenced by the circled inquiry on page 12 of the "Experian.pdf" credit report attachment to this complaint.The applicant would like to request the creditor under 12 CFR Part **** to re- evaluate this application upon receipt of this notification and to withhold any information in the creditworthiness analysis process that reflected the credit history being used as a considering factor for the denial of this application under 12 CFR ****.6(b)(6)(ii). Failure to respond to this complaint will be viewed as willful and gross negligence under these federal codes. Please respond within 14 days to prevent further litigation.

    I bought a car via Woodside Credit 4 months back but still no permanent tag. Their responses are vague and unhelpful. They keep sending me temporary tags after I contact them because the temp tags keep expiring and still no permanent tag, There's a recurring issue where I'm asked for the *** verification, which I've already submitted. Each time, this mistake is acknowledged, but no permanent solution is provided. they never follow up and don't deliver on promises. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and stress and my temporary tag is expired again leaving me unable to drive my car. All I am asking is a clear timeline for receiving my permanent tag so I can finally drive my car legally. Caution to anyone considering Woodside Credit.

    On August 28,2023 I use Woodside Credit to get a loan to purchase a classic car (**** Mustang). Woodside credit state on the website that they handle all the transactions to include the vehicle registration. The company did not ensure that the title was signed by the true owner of the vehicle. Now I have a vehicle which I cannot register or legally own. As of 12/06/2023 I have not received the title and the company do not communicate all that they do is give you different people every time you call. It's as though doing Comsumer fraud.

    The issue centers around the the fact that the daughters seller signed the title, but did not have the jurstiction to do so. Given the complications, **** enlisted help to provide information to the sellers daughter to get a decree that names her as executor,allowing the release of the vehicle title.
    This continues to be a unique situation and were doing everything possible to complete registration. We are currently waiting on the state to complete the approval of the executorship and the transfer of the title. Once this is finalized, we will be able to proceed with the registration of your **** Mustang. We understand that this process is taking longer than expected, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

    Purchased a car from Woodside credit in April 2023. As of today 8/16/2023, I still have not received my tags and can no longer drive my car due to expired tags. Ive been in contact with *****, *********, and ******. *** left numerous voicemails and emails. Its difficult to get a response back. They sent my title information via ***** and was shipped to the wrong address. I dont understand why would a company send title of a car without requiring a signature on receipt. ***** is requiring Woodside Credit to file a claim for the lost package. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. A new title should be sent ASAP. So that I could get my car registered with the ****
