    I would give them no stars if that were an option. I initially contacted them because of their focus on and supposed expertise in classic cars. I was considering buying one and didn't want to sell securities at that moment, so I was interested in their service. After contacting them and completing an application, I heard nothing for a couple of weeks. So I gave up on them and found another option for purchasing the vehicle. Then, all of a sudden, I received an email asking for additional information. I wrote back immediately and informed them that, due to their delays, I no longer required their service. I requested that my application be withdrawn and that my personal information be removed from their systems. Strangely, I have subsequently received three notices stating that my application was rejected due to my credit score and financial situation. This is laughable because my credit score is above 800, I have no debt, and I am a high-net-worth individual.Additionally, I never submitted the information to them and requested that my application be withdrawn. They may have potentially harmed my credit through their actions. I consider them unscrupulous and would never recommend them to anyone. I'm warning the collector car community to avoid doing business with them.

    Phenomenal!!! Woodside is incredible. They got me the best car loan I have ever gotten and made the process extremely simple. They worked directly with the dealer to get everything done, so I had to do very little. Will use them again for future purchases... VERY impressive!!

    DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON WOODSIDE! This review isnt remotely even close to the nightmare they put Me through. I am not the only one either. Last year I bought my vehicle, they constantly lied no accountability about the lag in communication or none at all about where my title/registration was. The workers are unbelievably rude im glad my daughter filmed the phone calls for legal purposes. I went to the dmv and started my own process and didnt receive the title till 6 months later after ( bought the car jan 03 and got the title late July 03) They had the audacity to tell me that I was wrong and the dmv started the process when in reality it was ME WHO STARTED IT. The customer service is pure trash. How theyre in business is BEYOND me. I will be proceeding with legal actions this year.

    The person I spoke to at the ***************************** Auction in *********** a few years back was a stand-up guy who got the loan done quickly, because of that I have been financing cars with Woodside Credit for almost 5 years now.     BUYER BEWARE - I financed a car with Woodside Credit through ****************, Assistant Vice President a year ago. He was entitled, rude, and repeatedly over-promised and under-delivered. I was approved for the loan, but needed to drive the car before completing the purchase. *** said the wire would be ready to be sent to the seller on a specific day, so on that morning I flew out to ******* from ******. The plan I explained to Art was that if I liked the car, I would give him a call to tell him to send the wire and complete the purchase. Shortly after the test drive, I called Art and told him to please wire the money. He suddenly changed his demeanor, scoffed as though I was asking for some sort of miracle, and then said he didn't have time to send the wire until the next day. I reminded him of our plan to drive the car back to ****** early in the morning so I could be back in time. Any unexpected delays like this would cause a massive ripple effect. He grew upset with me and made it seem like it was a huge hassle. They sent the wire the next day, disregarding their promise and my needs. Certainly soured what was supposed to be an amazing experience. Fast forward to more recently...I decided to purchase a second car and called Art. Mentioned I would like to give him a shot at making up for the mess he caused last year. Initially, he was eager and excited to help me apply for the loan. Then, all of a sudden, he changed his tune (again) and said my loan application was declined because the underwriter didn't like that I refinanced my mortgage 18 months earlier. I asked if there was ANY other reason for the decline, especially considering my personal credit score is well north of 800 and enough liquidity to pay cash for the car, 10 times over. He said no, that was it. Then I told him that reason doesn't make any sense at all, considering I had refinanced my mortgage 6 months before I got the first loan from them last year. Clearly retaliatory. Watch your back...

    If you're a ** Military Veteran or supporter, I recommend you DO NOT USE WOODSIDE CREDIT for any services! For background, I'm a former 27-year US Navy SEAL. At first, everything went smoothly, until you sign the lending documents. After I signed the documents, the random e-mails started coming from Woodside Credit. They wrote demanding that I send them the title and bill of sale, which I did not know was shipped in an envelope under the car's front seat. I found the paperwork, and sent the title to them using the ***** shipping code they provided. Then they wrote to me stating the backlog of them registering the car was months long, so I asked if they could send the title back to me and that I would take the title to Virginia DMV on my own. So, I received the title back and received another e-mail stating they were essentially warning me that I needed to have the car registered. Their note was very odd - because if you're buying a car via Woodside Credit and they supposedly only deal with credit scores above 700+, then I would presume the customers are aware of the registration timelines when a vehicle has a lien against it. So, I go do the three hour Virginia DMV process, register the car, have Woodside listed as the lien holder, pay the fees and leave with a temporary registration and tags. You'd think you did the right thing and everything was crossed off your list - not so fast again! A week after registering the car, Woodside Credit sends me another e-mail, this one threatening "legal action" if I don't "comply" with registering the car, turning the title in to VA DMV, and listing them as the lienholder. Interesting, because I did that last week! Woodside Credit must have an interesting business model, but given there are many veterans out there who are collector car followers and purchasers - look elsewhere for your collector car financing needs!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone, period.

    I purchased my dream car, a **** ************************* ****. Woodside has been amazing. Throughout the entire process, I was contacted promptly and given personal attention. When I had questions, they were promptly answered. My rep worked early in the morning and late into the evening. They were attentive, professional, and courteous to me. I could not believe how wonderful they have been. In spite of questions that don't directly pertain to what they do on a daily basis, they will get back to me and find the answers. I had the most confidence in Woodside due to the approach of my rep. I really like how hands on Woodside is and how easy they make it for the buyer. I'm not sure what my future classic auto endeavors will be, but I know I will always use Woodside. Thank you.
