  Im thinking not good about this bank. Or underwriter not doing good job or ***** dont no who what do it but my taxes with credi score I never had any issue to get cars bought house refinance. This bank declined ***** said my underwriter said its risky. Scamer. I said can I talk with someone or underwriter *****? He said we do our decisions. Im ginne think good of this bank ?

  Woodside never likes to decline an application, and we understand the frustration. Lenders have criteria and policies in place, and Its important to mention, credit scores are not the only factor considered when reviewing applications. Lenders also consider income, debt-to-income ratio, credit history, and other financial obligations when making a decision.   I am thankful that all departments at Woodside handled my loan, despite the fact that I had changed cars early in the process and the process was interrupted by the Christmas and New Years holiday schedules. My appreciation goes out to Woodside for an excellent transaction.

  Will not deal with this company again. Sent a email back in April about my registration for my car. Its September and the email still this present day still havent been answered. You have to contact them when they look into things for you.

  Do not deal with these people, find a reputable company that doesnt lie- I was preapproved and they had me put them as lienholders on my added insurance policy on the car I was purchasing at auction *********************** assured me to bid and let him know the outcome, I was preapproved up to 25k, I had mentioned it being a project car and even told him Id be bidding on parts that I thought went with the car, told him Id have to go 9 hrs away to pick it and all the parts up spent a week giving them all my info just for them to call and say they cant loan because the car doesnt run??? He also informed me after I had already bid and won that they dont lend on anything under 20k and my interest rate would soar? Nice to have known that beforehandbut he said he would do it this time since I was already preapproved I wanted to deal with them because I had in the past with good results hung me out to dry on a car that I won at auction, told them they had to be payed and suggested I check with another company *****************************, Mecum, and any auction company that supports them should think again and use a legit company, Woodside isnt someone you want representing your brand!! This Woodside company was in ********** and I will be sharing my review anywhere I can post BAD COMPANY!!

  I used Woodside Credit to purchase a **** ***** 150 in early 2022. Interacting with the company initially, was very positive. The sales team was incredibly helpful and they instilled confidence that this experience would be positive. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended.We closed on the deal and I took possession of the car in early April 2022. I did not receive the title until late July 2022. I spoke with several individuals in the title department over the past 3+ months trying to resolve this issue, eventually escalating it to the ** of Operations. I was given a multitude of excuses, including them admitting to briefly losing the title. I made 3 car payments and will end up making a 4th, before I'm even able to drive my car. Zero effort has been made to make this right and I don't get the impression it will be.
