    I purchased lights from Brightology with a lifetime warranty 3 years ago. I contacted the company because now I have 27 lights that are no longer working, and I want them replaced. The company reached out to me and said **************** ********** minutes ago)to me Hi ****,We are sorry to say that this company brand is Out of Business.We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we thank you for ****************** Regards,I honestly don't believe the company is out of business. I looked them up online and they are still operational. I think they just don't want to honor the lifetime warranty. If that is the case, they can refund me the entire cost of the lifetime warranty and I'll never reach out to them again. ************

    I received lights that are not as described. I tried calling several times and waiting on the phone for hours and even left messages. To date, I never received a call back. I need an RMA number to return these items and want a refund.

    Thank you for your inquiry.  Our records show our customer service team sent you an email on Friday June 16th and again on Monday June 19, 2023 at 11:40AM PT with instructions for returning the product.  As per the email, we are waiting on proof of the return in order to process a refund.

    I purchased 12 Colorize lights on November 7, 2021. As of June, 2022, the lights started to fail. Some do not turn on at all, others show different colors on the LEDs than what they are set to. I reached out to the company and there reply was that I'm outside of the return window. These lights are way too expensive to not be covered under at least a year warranty.

    Thank you for your inquiry.  Unfortunately we cannot locate your file given the email you provided on this complaint.  If you will please provide your email used on your order we'd be happy to reserach; however, per our website we do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.  If we have inventory we can consider sending you a replacement order so long as we have your email address.
